أودي Q7 S-Line

I am the second expat owner of this car, having bought it from the original British owner in 2018.
The car looks stunning with the optional S Line exterior kit, which includes the 21” 5 spoke alloy wheels, finished in Audi titanium grey and has a real presence both on the road and when parked. The car is finished in Carrera White with a Paranut Brown, full Verano leather interior.
This model is the 3.0 V6 333bhp Supercharged engine model (not to be confused with the more common 280bhp version). The engine provides ample power and torque and the 8-speed transmission means the vehicle is both economical and quiet when cruising.
Currently on a low mileage of 114,500 KM, the car is in immaculate condition, with a full Al Nabooda service history from new before being maintained by specialist independents once the Audi warranty expired. The car has always been used and treated carefully during both mine and the previous owner’s periods of ownership and always kept undercover.
The car was serviced at the end of 2020, the next service is due in 8,000 KM. The car is in perfect mechanical condition. I took the preventative precaution of having the prop shaft replaced (a known wear and tear item on Q7 / Touareg / Cayenne at 100K+ KM) at a cost of 9,000 AED in 2019. This will now be good for another 100K KM. All engine belts and engine mounts were also replaced in November 2020 at a cost of 6,000 AED.

The car comes with 2 original Audi keys along with an extensive history file (collated by me in date order) containing all receipts and bills from the lifetime of the vehicle, including original purchase invoice, receipts for tyres, batteries and ceramic protection. The car also has 3M tinting and heat insulation protection.
This in my view is one of the best Q7’s of it’s type currently for sale in Dubai. I looked long and hard before finding this example and know it’s a good one having been carefully used and maintained during my ownership.
Please, no last price offers before seeing the vehicle - this is not a distress sale. Change of work circumstances simply means I am working more from home and not commuting. The car is priced fairly in comparison to other Q7’s currently on the market considering it’s specification, mileage and service history and no expense has been spared during either period of ownership.
