In order to comply with the applicable laws and regulations and for the purposes of: (i) getting my personal
information; (ii) managing my account(s) and the transactions entered into by me; and (iii) executing any product or
service subscribed by me including but not limited to loans and credit cards, I hereby irrevocably and unconditionally
agree, consent and authorize Mashreqbank psc (“Bank”), its subsidiaries, agents and Bank’s third party service
providers, and any others as the Bank may deem appropriate and at its sole and absolute discretion, to:
(1) Collect, seek, obtain, confirm and keep updated all information relating to me including but not limited to
my personal details, details of my accounts, statements, loans, current and previous credit card, banking
transactions, repayment history and any default (the ”Information”).
(2) Disclose and exchange the Information with any government or regulatory authority and/ or quasi
government authority and or third party entities as strictly necessary to fulfil business purposes for which
consent is being sought, unless otherwise mandated by law.
This consent is valid until expressly canceled in writing by me and I undertake to regularly provide the Bank with the
requested Information and keep this Information updated as long as I shall remain a customer of the Bank.
I, by submitting this written consent (whether by email or in person), hereby warrant, represent and undertake to
Mashreqbank psc, that I am the person named above in this written consent, that I have sent this email or submitted
this document in person (as applicable) solely myself, and that UAE law contains strict criminal and civil penalties for
any impersonation or other fraudulent action on my part. I acknowledge that this written consent if submitted by
email constitutes written consent per UAE Federal Law No. (1) of 2006 on Electronic Commerce and Transactions and
any other applicable legislation governing electronic communication in the UAE.
