Hyundai has officially\u00a0jumped on the bandwagon of having of luxury division of their very own, and after a successful launch of the 2018 Genesis G80 Sport in South Korea, it’s about time the brand brings it to the rest of the world.<\/p>\n
With it’s smart and sophisticated looks, the 2018 Genesis G80 Sport has it all to rival the big German brands i.e., BWM, Mercedes-Benz and Audi.<\/p>\n
Instead of using the 3.8-litre V6 or V8 5-litre petrol motor, the 2018 Genesis G80 sport will make excellent use of a 3.3-litre twin turbo V6 engine rated at 365 horsepower while mated to a retuned 8-speed automatic gearbox.<\/p>\n
To set it apart from other G80 model, Sport variants pack larger rear brakes, an enhanced suspension system, a set of exclusive 19-inch rims and continuous damping control for a smoother ride. Inside, the South Korean auto manufacturer\u00a0has added unique touches. For example, sports seats, a thicker steering wheel and carbon fibre trim highlights plus Android Auto and Apple CarPlay along with wireless mobile device charging.<\/p>\n
Available in Casablanca White, Caspian Black and Himalayan Gray. Plus there are two exclusive colours available for the 2018 Genesis G80 Sport; Polar Ice and Seville Red.<\/p>\n
At the same time, Sport trims were announced, Hyundai also took the time to announce minor additions to the standard G80 sedans including aluminium and wood trim finishes, a choice of new alloy rims plus a set of redesigned bumpers for the front and back.<\/p>\n
