It’s here; it’s finally here! The 2018 Lexus LC Coupe launched in the UAE just a few days ago, and it still takes our breath away.<\/p>\n
Unveiled during a private event right here in Dubai, it’s only a matter of time until we see these models flood the streets with their eye-catching looks, high-performance petrol motor and to our satisfaction, a hybrid model.<\/p>\n
470 horsepower spews out of the rear tailpipes thanks to a hearty V8 mounted in the front. Laying down 540 Nm of torque, the 2018\u00a0Lexus LC Coupe accelerates from standstill to 100 km\/h in a respectable 4.7 seconds.<\/p>\n
Those who opt for the hybrid variant receive a 354 horsepower motor powering the rear wheels via a choice of gearboxes. Whereas the petrol 2018 Lexus LC Coupe only benefits from a single transmission, a CVT or 4-speed automatic can be had in the eco-friendly one.<\/p>\n
Equipped with a multi-stage hybrid system, LC 500h models “cut” off the petrol pipeline at speeds of up to 140 km\/h leaving the hybrid motor to push the coupe.<\/p>\n
As you would expect, Lexus offers plenty of features for GCC customers including adaptive cruise control, lane-keep assist, collision detection and a premium 13-speaker sound system along with other luxury\u00a0options.<\/p>\n
Prices for 2018 Lexus LC Coupe models start at AED 395,000 and top out at AED 450,000 for those you prefer a carbon version.<\/p>\n
