It’s only been a month or so since BMW announced\u00a0a replacement\u00a0for the 5-Series GT lineup and to add a dash of sportiness you can have your BMW 6-Series GT with M Performance\u00a0parts.<\/p>\n
As you would expect, the M Performance\u00a0catalogue adds an exhaust\u00a0silencer made from stainless steel and can be equipped with a circular or trapezoidal tip finished in either lightweight carbon fibre or chrome with the iconic M logo.<\/p>\n
Other exterior add-ons\u00a0include a gloss black double kidney grille, mirror caps finished\u00a0in matte black, Frozen black matte body wrap, matte grey and black stripes, 21-inch alloys for each corner and enhanced brakes with four-piston red brake calipers\u00a0attached to ventilated discs.<\/p>\n
Of course, the M catalogue\u00a0couldn’t leave out the interior with offerings ranging from a sportier steering wheel wrapped in silver stitched\u00a0Nappa leather with a single red stripe, unique floor mats and paddle shifters for the eight-speed automatic transmission.<\/p>\n
All the upgrades are merely visual and won’t add additional\u00a0horsepower to the motors available. Those anticipating an M6 version of the BMW 6-Series GT may be left to imagine the possibilities as the Bavarian manufacturer\u00a0have no plans to launch a wagon-esque\u00a0M vehicle for the time being.<\/p>\n
