initiative called RTA Complaint Handling.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Please do not post your complaints on this post, read the instructions on the post to help you reach out the RTA.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In this post, you will learn how to send your feedback related to any service managed by Dubai Road and Transport Authority and we\u00a0will be using the email method explained in the 5 steps guide below.<\/p>\n<h3>5 Steps to Send RTA Complaint via Email<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Step 1:\u00a0<\/strong>Explain\u00a0your problem and send it by email to ask@rta.ae <span style=\"color: #808080;\"><em>we have attached\u00a0at the end of this post a complaint letter template.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2: <\/strong>Wait for\u00a0RTA to send you an automated reply with a reference number.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3:<\/strong> Within 1 working day an RTA employee will reply your email to\u00a0confirm your message is received and they might ask more info if you missed your contact details for example.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 4:<\/strong> Within 3 working days you will receive an SMS to confirm your message was delivered to the appropriate department, attached there will be an expected\u00a0reply date.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 5<\/strong>: Depending on your issue it might take more days, an RTA officer will call you with the results of your RTA Complaint.<\/p>\n<h3>Required Information to Submit RTA Complaint<\/h3>\n<p>The following details are required in all cases whatever your complaint\u00a0is about and it&#8217;s used to contact you.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Your full name.<\/li>\n<li>Your mobile number.<\/li>\n<li>Incident date and time.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Some cases require additional info depending on the complaint, for example:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Taxi plate number.<\/li>\n<li>Taxi ID (Written on the back of the taxi).<\/li>\n<li>Taxi driver name\/ID number.<\/li>\n<li>Metro Station name.<\/li>\n<li>Your Nol card number.<\/li>\n<li>Staff name\/ID number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>RTA\u00a0Complaints Response<\/h3>\n<p>Once you send your email you will receive back a reply to inform you about the\u00a0case has been escalated to the relevant department and you will be contacted with the appropriate action\/resolution.<\/p>\n<p>Once the relevant department receives your message, you will get an SMS with a case give you a solution or fix the issue or they could apologize for not being able to do the changes you requested for (In case of you asking for a policy change).<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_21846\" took a Dubai Taxi plate number (12345) Taxi ID (SV123).
