Just before its grand debut, pictures of the all-new 2019 Mazda 3 have surfaced online showcasing the models dashing good looks.<\/p>\n
Details\u00a0remain limited as of writing, but what we do know is the 2019\u00a0Mazda 3 draws inspiration of the stunning Kai concept car revealed last year. What would have been a perfect recreation of said concept, the new Mazda 3 is slightly\u00a0tamer\u00a0in comparison.<\/p>\n
Glancing over the hatchback, the Kai inspiration is evident as the model has slim headlights and a blacked-out grille. On top of that, model benefits from flowing lines and an aggressive\u00a0lower bumper.<\/p>\n
Moving towards the rear, the new Mazda 3 has a small rear window with a sizable spoiler sitting atop the unit, sporty dual tailpipes and alluring taillights.<\/p>\n
Details of the interior remain scarce, but the brief shots do give us a glance of what to expect.<\/p>\n
Once on sale, the 2019\u00a0Mazda 3 will be available\u00a0as a hatchback and a saloon with both using the SkyActiv-Vehicle Architecture.<\/p>\n
The 2019 Mazda 3 is powered by a new 2.0-litre four-cylinder petrol engine using Sky-Activ technology. The unit pumps out 187 horsepower and 230 Nm of torque and returns diesel-like fuel economy.<\/p>\n
More information regarding the vehicle is expected to be previewed over the next few days as Mazda are scheduled to unveil the model in full at the ongoing LA Auto Show.<\/p>\n
