For months now one name has been speculated for this incredible machine which has some rather large shoes to fill, that is if Bugatti want to retain their title of world fastest car. No doubt that they will retain this prestigious label, with their latest creation that has been making the rounds and stunning onlookers for months.<\/p>\n

It’s now officially been\u00a0titled Bugatti Chiron even though that’s\u00a0what most people have been calling it since inception, but now it’s official! Named after Louis Chiron, a racing driver who won many top class motorsport races for the iconic French Hypercar manufacturer way back in the 1920’s and 1930’s.<\/p>\n

\"Bugatti<\/a>Chiron’s are close to completion as many budding photographers have snapped pictures of prototypes winding through tight and twisty roads, squeezing through tight gaps and getting stuck in traffic with no visible camouflage, just a coat of black.<\/p>\n

Inspired heavily by the Bugatti Vision GT Concept that made the rounds appearing at many motor shows around the globe, noticeable difference\u00a0are present such as the massive aero package, which will be minimised for street legal reasons. LED headlights up front and LED light bar at the rear will be present on Chiron’s. Headlights have been squeezed giving a more\u00a0assertive presence with the bonnet now producing a small pump setting itself apart from Veyron’s. Then there’s that huge “C” added to each side for extra cooling and stunning appearance.<\/p>\n

\"BugattiChironMule\"<\/a>Powering the newest “world’s fastest car” is an evolved version of what powers current Veyron’s which, for those new to this “scene” is a massive 8.0-litre quad turbocharged petrol engine spewing out a boggling 1,200 horsepower in Supersport models. All this power pushes Veyron’s to an incredible speed of over 400 km\/h, that’s\u00a0nuts.<\/p>\n

Now with all that out in the open, imagine what Chiron’s will be able to achieve. Reports suggest horsepower numbers top out at 1,500! With such an insane number top speed is estimated at 450 km\/h plus with the speedometer capping at 500 km\/h! 0-100 km\/h is said to be 2.3 seconds and 0-300 km\/h in just 15 seconds. Those are some impressive numbers and will set a new benchmark for its rivals at Koenigsegg and Hennessy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

15 radiators will be used to keep the beast cool, five more than the Veyron came packed with powered being sent via a seven-speed DSG transmission. Bringing the machine to a halt are 420 mm front and 420 mm rear brakes behind 20 and 21-inch rims respectively covered in Michelin\u00a0performance rubber.<\/p>\n

Bugatti aims to unveil a final version that customers will receive\u00a0at next year’s Geneva Motor Show in Switzerland. Only a few months to go! And a Targa version is reportedly coming out within two years of coupe ones hitting the market.<\/p>\n

Numbers are said to be limited to 500 units only with a reported 120 already reserved for customers already. Want to own one? Act now as this dream machine won’t be easy to purchase after releasing.<\/p>\n

Bugatti Chiron\u00a0models are destined for showrooms sometime in 2016 as a 2017, with no official date set in stone we’ll have to wait till Geneva to see what happens.
