\/><\/a><\/figure><\/li><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>There are four new paint colours to select from; Cirrus Silver Metallic, Mojave Silver Metallic, desingo Patagonia Red Metallic and Graphite Grey Metallic. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wheel choice has also expanded and now includes an aerodynamic set that Mercedes claim improves fuel efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sitting atop the range is the AMG 53 model. With it comes a Panamericana grille with vertical slats in place of the diamond-style grille. Plus bespoke 19-inch wheels, four-round exhausts and decklid spoiler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>20-inch alloys with 5-spoke design are available, and two new paint colours have been added; matte Brilliant Blue Magno and Graphite Grey Metallic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">New tech<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As with the other E-Class body types, the Coupe and Cabriolet get a range of tech improvements inside the cabin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Starting with the infotainment system, as standard, both body styles are equipped with two 12.3-inch screens positioned side by side displaying brilliant graphics and setting a widescreen look. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A new intelligent steering wheel is part of the facelift and is available in a sports variant or wrapped in leather. The control surfaces are finished in high-gloss black while the trim elements and surrounds have a silver shadow finish. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Another new addition is the adaptive driver&#8217;s seat adjustment that allows drivers to enter their height detail via the media display or the app. The system will then automatically move the set into the position best suited for the height of the driver. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As for the 53 AMG, it has the added benefit of selecting three AMG display styles for the MBUX system; Modern Classic, Sport and Supersport. Of the three, the Supersport style as it highlights a round rev counter and additional information in the form of bars creating a spatial impression of depth. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It also gains a unique steering wheel with seamlessly integrated buttons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Powerrrrrrrrrrrr<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>At launch, the 2021 E-Class Coupe and Cabriolet will be available in three flavours in the Middle East; E 200, E 300 and E 53 AMG.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both the E 200 and E 300 benefit from a turbo four-cylinder pushing out 145 and 190 horsepower respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The range-topping E 53 AMG boasts a powerful twin-turbo straight-six plus Mercedes&#8217; signature EQ boost starter-alternator and electric additional compressor; the total output is 435 hp.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Those hoping for the return on the E63 AMG will have to make do with an older model as it will not be offered for 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As the title suggests, the 2021 E-Class Coupe and Cabriolet will arrive in the Middle East later this year.
