This new service will allow users to transfer ownership of their cars online, thereby eliminating the need for them to be physically present at a service centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dubai\u2019s RTA (Roads &amp; Transport Authority) <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/6148dCGuoEs\">released a video about the details of this new service<\/a>. Users can now simply visit rta.ae and process the ownership transfer online.
