This is the first time the EV9\u2019s production version was showcased in this part of the world and GIMS Qatar 2023 served as the perfect platform. The electric SUV is globally offered in two electric powertrain options and two battery capacity options. The standard range model features a rear-wheel-driven single motor setup paired with a 76.1kWh battery pack producing 215hp and 350Nm. Like the EV9, the EV5 is also a born EV from the brand and is expected to be production-ready by next year. The EV5\u2019s powertrain details are yet to be revealed. It is expected to feature a rear-mounted electric motor producing 220hp and 310Nm.
