The best-selling segment from Mercedes-Benz now inches closer to the S-Class sedan. The new design and features make the E-Class more business-class and premium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under the bonnet, the sedan uses either a 2.0-litre inline-4 petrol engine or a 3.0-litre inline-6 petrol engine, both of which are turbocharged. Depending on the market, the E-Class sedan will feature either a mild hybrid or a plug-in hybrid powertrain. The CLE Coupe is also either powered by a 2.0-litre inline-4 petrol engine or a 3.0-litre inline-6 petrol engine. Much like the other Mercs in the portfolio, the new GLC AMG models now use a 2.0-litre inline-4 petrol engine. However, it also uses an F1-inspired electric-hybrid powertrain. Together the petrol-hybrid produces a mind-blowing 671hp and 554Nm.
