Mini introduces the hottest Countryman at the GIMS Qatar 2023 – the S JCW. The crossover SUV has got all the new design changes that have been made on the new Countryman introduced last month. However, this is the first time the Middle East region got to see that new Mini Countryman with updated design and styling at the Geneva International Motor Show 2023 in Qatar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2024 Mini Countryman S JCW (John Cooper Works)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The Countryman retains its crossover SUV form factor for the 2024 model year. However, there are some design tweaks made to make the Countryman look aggressive over the previous model. The new headlamps, bumper and grille are now edgier with hexagonal & octagonal shapes over the round-ish oval shape seen on the previous model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The 18-inch alloy wheel design has been updated to look more aggressive and gets a blacked-out finish. The display model at the motor show was finished in Chili Red with a black contrasting roof adding to the Countryman\u2019s sporty appeal. There have been a couple of design changes at the rear as well including sleek-looking taillamps and bumper. Overall, the new Countryman has ditched its cute-ish Mini looks to become a grown-up crossover SUV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On the inside, the features remain the same as the recently updated Mini Cooper<\/a>. Placed in the centre of the cabin is a 240mm circular touchscreen infotainment that is good-looking and quirky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Depending on where the Mini Countryman is imported from, we might get the full-blow American-spec SUV or the toned-down European spec model. Both use a 2.0-litre turbo-petrol engine, however, due to stringent EU pollution norms, the powertrain is detuned on the EU spec model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
