And what came out of the design and performance studio is a limited-edition Aston Martin Rapide AMR. Only 210 units were produced between 2018 and 2020.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AMR stands for Aston Martin Racing and signifies race pedigree derived from the Aston Martin Racing teams in various arenas of car racing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power comes from a 6.0-litre V12 that in the AMR edition produces 41hp more than the standard Aston Martin Rapide.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The AMR Edition also gets a new quad exhaust system.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In addition, with an increased number of Carbon Fibre parts, the AMR also weighs significantly less than the standard car.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-exterior-design\"><strong>Exterior Design<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Aston Martin Rapide AMR features a bold and aggressive exterior design, blending sportiness with luxury. The front fascia sports a larger, racing-inspired grille with wider air intakes and carbon fibre accents, while the hood incorporates ventilated carbon fibre inserts for improved engine cooling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The elongated, coupe-like roofline, muscular rear haunches, and integrated rear lip spoiler create a balanced yet dynamic side profile. Aerodynamic elements such as a front splitter, side sills, and a rear diffuser\u2014all made from carbon fibre\u2014add to its dynamic appearance. The car sits on unique <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dubicars.com\/news\/get-to-know-your-car-better-a-detailed-guide-to-automotive-terms-car-wheels.html\">21-inch lightweight alloy wheels<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-interiors-amp-technology\"><strong>Interiors &amp; Technology<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The cabin is crafted with premium materials, including Alcantara, leather, and carbon fibre. The interior can be customized with contrasting stitching in colours like lime green or silver, matching the exterior\u2019s racing-inspired livery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cabin includes a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dubicars.com\/news\/infotainment-automotive-terms-guide-evolution-details.html\">touchscreen infotainment<\/a> system with navigation, premium audio by Bang &amp; Olufsen, and modern connectivity options like Bluetooth and smartphone integration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-engine-amp-performance\"><strong>Engine &amp; Performance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Aston Martin Racing team have done several upgrades to the standard Rapide S to create the AMR version. The Rapide AMR is equipped with an upgraded version of Aston Martin\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dubicars.com\/news\/get-to-know-your-car-better-a-detailed-guide-to-automotive-terms-internal-combustion-engine.html\">6.0-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine<\/a>. It produces 595hp and 630Nm of torque\u2014an increase of 43hp over the standard Rapide S.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Other performance upgrades include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Revised intake manifolds and optimised calibration for higher revs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>New quad-exhaust system for better performance and a louder exhaust note.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recalibrated <a href=\"https:\/\/www.dubicars.com\/news\/get-to-know-your-car-better-a-detailed-guide-to-automotive-terms-gearbox-transmission.html\">8-speed Touchtronic III<\/a> for faster, more responsive shifts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lower ride height (10 mm drop) for improved handling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revised adaptive suspension with three modes (Normal, Sport, Sport+).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stiffer suspension geometry for sharper steering response.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carbon ceramic brake discs (400 mm front, 360 mm rear) for better braking performance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>6-piston front and 4-piston rear calipers for enhanced stopping power.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-driving-impressions\"><strong>Driving Impressions<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The tuned engine and refined and sporty gearbox paired with other improvements such as the quad-exhaust, and the intake manifold, the AMR is an extremely quick four-door GT.
