Chery Group<\/a> has reported a record-breaking year in 2024, with global sales surpassing 2.60 million cars<\/strong>, a 38.4% increase<\/strong> compared to the previous year. The Chinese automotive giant also saw its annual revenue grow by over 50%, reaching 480 billion, driven by a 150 billion increase<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company maintained its status as the top Chinese passenger car exporter for the 22nd consecutive year, shipping 1.14 million units, a 21.4% increase. Sales of new energy vehicles (NEVs) rose sharply, up 232.7%, to 583,569 units, marking the fastest growth among major automakers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

December sales reached 298,505 units, a 38.4% year-on-year increase, with plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) sales surpassing 100,000 units, up 31.9% month-on-month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
