Every year, car enthusiasts from across the UAE eagerly await the arrival of Offset — the much-loved annual car meet that showcases the vibrant automotive culture of Dubai. Offset 2024 took place on the 20th and 21st of April at P7 Arena in Dubai’s Media City, drawing crowds of passionate petrolheads.
The Petrolheads’ Show
Organized by CarCulture.ae, Offset is a staple in the UAE’s automotive calendar, offering a diverse display of cars ranging from JDM classics to American luxury cruisers and legendary supercars. The event not only celebrates the love for automobiles but also incorporates various elements of urban culture, making it a unique experience for attendees of all ages.
One of the highlights of Offset is the impressive array of cars on display. From meticulously customized JDM rides to sleek sports cars, there’s something to captivate every car enthusiast’s heart. This year’s edition showcased the same spirit.
With ticket prices ranging from AED 55 to AED 75, Offset offered an unforgettable experience for attendees. And the numbers speak for themselves: over the course of two days, a total of 3,400 people flocked to the event, a significant increase from the 2,500 attendees in 2023.
The Cars At Offset 2024
The event featured a good mix of bagged or slammed cars, each showcasing the owner’s unique style and personality. While slammed cars might not be everyone’s cup of tea, the ones on display at Offset were undeniably impressive.
Their sleek, low-slung profiles and attention-grabbing modifications drew admiration from both seasoned car enthusiasts and casual spectators alike. Slammed cars result in slightly offset wheels, thereby giving the event its name. These cars were rolling works of art, showcasing the passion and dedication of their owners.
A total of 87 cars were on display, and all of them were unique in their own manner. Having said that, there were a few that stood apart from the rest at Offset 2024:
- 1960 Cadillac Coupe De Ville finished in a unique shade of Lavender and riding on fantastic monoblock wheels
- Volkswagen Transporter with Marlboro & Shell decals and a BMW S1000RR inside it
- Red & Black Toyota Sprinter Trueno — a JDM legend
- Slammed Gen 1 Volkswagen Golf Convertible
- Classy Mazda RX-7 decked in White
- Drool-worthy Nissan Skyline R32 GT-R

The Vibe At Offset 2024
While Offset is a car show organised by petrolheads for other petrolheads, it is more than just another car show where cars are just displayed. It is a celebration of creative and artistic freedom.
Attendees and participants were treated to a mesmerising dance battle. Hosted by Grand Style, the dance floor brought performers from near and far, showcasing impressive moves to the rhythm of pumping beats.
Freestyle Skateboarding and BMX biking demonstrations wowed the crowd. On the other hand, live graffiti paintings by Graffiti Dubai added a splash of colour to the event as artists transformed blank walls into vibrant works of art. Music lovers were not left disappointed either, as Offset played host to DJ contests, keeping the energy levels high throughout the day.
For those who wanted to keep the party going, an electrifying after-party kicked off at 9pm and went on until 3am on the first day. Hosted by Karak Nights, the after-party ensured the excitement continued long after the sun had set.
As the curtains close on another successful year of Offset, car enthusiasts are already looking forward to next year’s event.
