RTA Premium Customer Card Launched In Dubai: Exclusive Perks Announced

In a bid to enhance customer satisfaction, Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has rolled out its innovative Premium Customer Card. Tailored for both corporate and individual clients, the new initiative aligns with RTA’s commitment to elevate the overall customer experience at its service centres throughout Dubai.

The Premium Customer Card program aims to make individuals, companies, and entities in Dubai’s business community happier and more satisfied. This effort aligns with the government’s plan to boost well-being and community welfare by providing cardholders with special access to various benefits and services.

RTA initiated the distribution of the Premium Customer Card by sending a link to its esteemed customers via text messages. Stored in recipients’ smartphones, the digital card is key to a range of benefits when shown at RTA’s service outlets. The initial batch has reached 40,000 customers, with plans for subsequent batches shortly.

Cardholders enjoy Fast Track access at RTA outlets, prompt responses to inquiries through the Call Centre, exclusive vehicle inspection and registration services, and invitations to various RTA events. These perks provide tangible advantages and foster stronger bonds and loyalty among customers.

The Premium Customer Card primarily benefits customers actively engaging in RTA’s events and surveys, as well as those proposing innovative ideas for the sustained development of services across different channels. Finally, customers will also get a chance to be a part of RTA events auctioning unique number plates.

RTA’s strategic approach to granting Premium Cards involved an in-depth analysis of demographic and behavioural patterns among clients. This effort aimed to comprehend the unique needs and expectations of RTA’s diverse clientele, ensuring that the services and delivery channels remain attuned to their evolving requirements.

As the Premium Customer Card programme unfolds, RTA anticipates further enhancing its relationship with customers and fortifying its commitment to delivering services that meet and exceed expectations.
