• 520 hp from a 4.0L twin-turbo V8
• Top speed of 250 km/h

Summary

This Audi S8 represents a compelling opportunity in the GCC market, offering exceptionally low mileage for its age and the prestige of a GCC-spec flagship. While most rivals from this era have surpassed the 100,000 km mark, this example has been driven sparingly, preserving its mechanical integrity and cabin condition. The grey exterior is a highly favorable resale color in the region, offering a sophisticated alternative to the more common white and black options. As the performance-oriented S8, it bridges the gap between a refined executive cruiser and a genuine sports sedan, making it perfect for the UAE's high-speed highway commutes. For a buyer seeking understated German engineering with a verified local history, this is one of the cleanest examples currently available.

This Car vs Other 2015 Audi S8s

With only 68,000 km on the odometer, this S8 sits significantly below the typical GCC average for a nine-year-old vehicle, which usually ranges between 180,000 and 220,000 km. The grey metallic finish is a strong choice for the local market, maintaining high resale demand while hiding road dust effectively during the summer months. Being a GCC-spec model ensures the cooling systems and air conditioning are optimized for extreme heat, a vital distinction over imported American or European units.

TOP vs Lower Trims

The S8 'TOP' trim distinguishes itself from the standard A8 by including the sport-tuned adaptive air suspension and the Quattro sport differential as standard, providing vastly superior handling during high-speed cornering. Inside, this trim adds diamond-stitched Valcona leather and a 14-speaker Bose surround sound system, features that are often optional on lower variants. GCC-specific comfort is enhanced by the standard four-zone climate control and ventilated front seats, ensuring all passengers remain comfortable in peak UAE summer conditions.

S8 vs Segment Rivals

When compared to the Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG and BMW 750i of the same era, the S8 leads with its standard all-wheel-drive traction, offering more composed acceleration on the UAE’s occasionally sandy road surfaces. Its 82-litre fuel tank provides a generous cruising range for long-distance drives between Emirates, such as Dubai to Abu Dhabi or Al Ain. While rivals often lean toward pure luxury, the Audi provides a more driver-focused experience without sacrificing the rear-seat legroom required for executive use.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption typically averages around 10.4 L/100km on the highway, though GCC stop-start city traffic in areas like Downtown Dubai can see this increase toward 14.5 L/100km. Service intervals are recommended every 15,000 km at authorized Audi centers, which are well-distributed across the UAE and the wider GCC. While high-performance German sedans experience steeper initial depreciation, this low-mileage GCC-spec example is expected to hold its value better than higher-mileage imports, especially given the continued local demand for V8 powertrains.

Performance & Capability

The 4.0L twin-turbo V8 delivers a blistering 0-100 km/h time of 4.1 seconds, allowing for effortless highway overtaking. The 8-speed Tiptronic transmission is paired with Audi’s cylinder-on-demand technology, which shuts down four cylinders during steady-state cruising to optimize efficiency. The adaptive air suspension allows the driver to toggle between 'Comfort' for rougher urban roads and 'Dynamic' for a firmer, more connected feel on the open road.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a masterclass in ergonomics, featuring a 5-seat layout with ample head and legroom for adult passengers in both rows. The four-zone automatic climate control is specifically designed to handle GCC heat, providing dedicated vents and controls for rear passengers. Double-glazed acoustic glass significantly reduces wind and road noise, ensuring a library-quiet environment even at triple-digit highway speeds.

Safety

Standard safety equipment on this trim includes Audi Pre-Sense, which prepares the cabin for a potential collision, alongside eight airbags and a 360-degree camera system for easier parking in tight urban spaces. The adaptive cruise control and blind-spot monitoring are particularly useful for the fast-paced, multi-lane traffic common on the E11 and E311 highways, providing an extra layer of security during long desert drives.

The bottom line

This is the ideal choice for a GCC buyer who wants a low-mileage, high-performance executive sedan that remains understated yet capable of outperforming most modern traffic. Its verified GCC status and rare mileage count make it a standout value proposition in the current pre-owned market.
