Summary

This E63 AMG S represents the pinnacle of the modern V8 super-sedan, offering a level of performance that rivals dedicated supercars while maintaining five-seat luxury. With low mileage for a 2021 model in the UAE market, this vehicle has spent more time in climate-controlled environments than on the highway, preserving its mechanical integrity. The white exterior is a strategic choice for the GCC, offering the best heat reflection and the strongest resale potential in the region. As one of the last generations to feature the pure, non-hybridized biturbo V8, it stands out as a collector-grade performance machine. For a GCC buyer, this is the ideal daily driver for those who demand executive refinement and track-ready power in a single package.

This Car vs Other 2021 E63 AMGs

With just over 35,000 km, this vehicle sits well below the typical GCC annual average of 20,000 km, making it a low-mileage standout. Most comparable models in the market have already crossed the 60,000 km mark, meaning this example has significantly more of its primary service life remaining. The white finish is not just a stylistic preference but a practical advantage for local resale value, as it remains the most sought-after color in the Emirates.

S vs Lower Trims

Choosing the 'S' trim upgrades the handcrafted V8 from 563 hp to a staggering 612 hp and adds the specialized 'Drift Mode' to the 4MATIC+ system. Beyond power, the S trim includes dynamic engine mounts that stiffen for better handling and soften for cruising comfort—a feature missing on the standard E63. It also typically adds larger 20-inch wheels and red brake calipers, signaling its position as the flagship of the E-Class range.

E63 AMG vs Segment Rivals

The E63 S competes directly with the BMW M5 Competition and Audi RS6, leading the pack with its unique 9-speed multi-clutch transmission that offers faster response than the traditional automatics found in rivals. Its 4MATIC+ all-wheel-drive system provides superior confidence on sandy or dusty UAE highway surfaces compared to rear-biased competitors. Additionally, the Mercedes MBUX interface is widely considered the most intuitive for managing cabin cooling and navigation during long summer drives.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages around 12.3 L/100km on combined cycles, though city driving in heavy Dubai traffic will see this rise. Service intervals are recommended every 15,000 km or annually at authorized Mercedes-Benz centers, which are extensively available across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait. While high-performance European sedans face steeper depreciation than Japanese luxury cars, the E63 S maintains a dedicated enthusiast following in the GCC, helping it retain value better than the standard E-Class models.

Performance & Capability

The 612 hp biturbo V8 delivers a 0–100 km/h time of 3.4 seconds, providing effortless overtaking power on the E11 or E311 highways. The electronically limited top speed of 300 km/h ensures high-speed stability and poise during long-distance cross-border trips. Multiple drive modes, including Comfort and Sport+, allow the driver to transform the car from a quiet executive cruiser to a sharp, aggressive performance machine at the touch of a button.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin features high-grade Nappa leather and dual 12.3-inch widescreen displays that provide a theater-like experience. For the GCC climate, the multi-zone climate control and ventilated seats are essential, ensuring the cabin remains cool even during peak summer months. The Burmester surround sound system provides acoustic insulation from road noise, making it one of the quietest high-performance environments available.

Safety

Standard safety features include the full Mercedes-Benz ADAS suite with Active Brake Assist, Blind Spot Assist, and the Pre-Safe system. The 360-degree camera is particularly useful for navigating tight parking spaces in major GCC malls, while the Adaptive Cruise Control makes long desert highway stretches significantly less fatiguing. This American-spec model includes comprehensive airbag protection and structural reinforcements standard for its year.

The bottom line

This low-mileage E63 AMG S is the perfect opportunity for an enthusiast looking for the legendary Mercedes V8 experience in a color that maximizes GCC resale value. It offers supercar performance in a professional sedan body, making it a versatile choice for the modern Gulf executive.
