Highlights

• 0–100 km/h in 6.7 seconds
• Top speed of 225 km/h
• Koni FSD suspension and Brembo brakes standard

Summary

This 2-year-old hot hatch offers an exceptionally low 14,000 km, placing it well below the average annual mileage typically seen in the GCC market. The white exterior is the optimal choice for the region, providing excellent heat reflection and maintaining the strongest resale demand among UAE collectors. As a Competizione trim, it features the most aggressive mechanical setup available, bridging the gap between a daily driver and a track-ready toy. For a GCC buyer, this represents a rare chance to own a modern classic with its full Italian character intact and local regional specifications for maximum reliability. It stands as one of the last pure-petrol performance icons in a segment increasingly dominated by electrification.

This Car vs Other 2024 695s

With just 14,000 km on the clock, this vehicle has covered significantly less ground than the 20,000–25,000 km annual average common in the GCC. The white finish is a high-value asset in the local market, ensuring faster resale and better thermal management during summer months. It presents a mechanical freshness that is hard to find in a performance-oriented hatchback of this age.

COMPETIZIONE vs Lower Trims

The Competizione trim is the ultimate enthusiast's choice, adding high-performance Brembo brakes with yellow calipers and Koni Frequency Selective Damping (FSD) shock absorbers that are not standard on the Turismo. It also features the iconic Record Monza exhaust system, providing the signature Abarth growl that GCC enthusiasts look for. Inside, you get a more focused cockpit with carbon fiber accents and Alcantara-wrapped touchpoints.

695 vs Segment Rivals

The 695 leads its segment in raw mechanical engagement, offering a tactile manual driving experience that is increasingly rare compared to the Volkswagen Golf GTI or Mini Cooper S. Its ultra-compact footprint makes it superior for navigating dense urban traffic in Dubai or Riyadh, while its power-to-weight ratio ensures it punches far above its weight class. Unlike rivals, the 695 focuses on a heritage-driven, visceral connection that makes every commute feel like a special event.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages around 6.0 L/100km, though this can vary in GCC stop-start traffic where the turbo engine remains efficient. The 35-litre tank is sized for city sprints, requiring 98 or 95 RON premium fuel to maintain performance in high temperatures. Being a GCC-spec model, it benefits from a dedicated authorized service network across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, helping it retain value better than imported European versions. Abarths of this trim level hold a niche appeal that keeps depreciation lower than standard mass-market hatchbacks.

Performance & Capability

The 1.4L T-Jet engine delivers a punchy 180 hp, launching this lightweight hatch to 100 km/h in just 6.7 seconds. Its top speed of 225 km/h is highly impressive for a vehicle of this size, providing plenty of confidence for highway overtaking on the E11. The manual transmission offers total control over the power delivery, while the Koni suspension ensures flat cornering during spirited weekend drives through Jebel Jais.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a blend of racing heritage and modern tech, featuring a 7-inch digital cockpit and a 7-inch Uconnect touchscreen with smartphone integration. While the focus is on the driver, the four-seat layout provides enough space for short trips with friends. The air conditioning system is calibrated for GCC summers, and the Alcantara steering wheel provides excellent grip even in the mid-day heat. It is a focused, ergonomic space designed for those who prioritize the driving experience.

Safety

Standard safety features include seven airbags, including a driver’s knee airbag, ensuring comprehensive protection in a compact frame. The Brembo braking system provides immense stopping power, which is vital for fast-moving highway traffic. It also includes rear parking sensors and electronic stability control tuned to maintain composure without dulling the car's playful Italian handling characteristics.

The bottom line

This is the perfect opportunity for an enthusiast seeking a low-mileage, GCC-spec Italian icon that balances track-ready hardware with daily urban style. It is a standout listing for any buyer who values mechanical purity and strong resale potential in the UAE market.
