Summary

This 2025 Chery Tiggo 7 Pro Max offers a modern, tech-heavy driving experience at a highly competitive price point for the GCC market. With its white exterior, it is perfectly suited for the intense regional heat, ensuring both cabin comfort and strong resale value. Its low mileage of 42,158 km for a vehicle age of 1 years indicates it has been used sparingly, likely for light commuting rather than heavy cross-border travel. This SUV stands out by offering a level of interior technology and digital integration usually reserved for more expensive European rivals. For a buyer in the UAE or wider GCC, this remains one of the most practical and efficient family crossovers available today.

This Car vs Other 2025 Tiggo 7 Pro Maxs

With only 42,158 km on the odometer, this Tiggo 7 Pro Max has been driven less than the typical 25,000 km annual average seen in the GCC. The white paintwork is the most desirable choice for the local market, providing excellent thermal reflection during the summer months and commanding a premium at resale. Its age-to-mileage ratio makes it a standout entry-point for a buyer seeking a near-new crossover experience without the new-car depreciation.

STD vs Lower Trims

As the base 'Standard' trim for the Pro Max series, this model surprisingly includes high-tier features that are often optional in this segment, such as the 360-degree camera system and dual 12.3-inch integrated screens. It retains the powerful 1.6T turbocharged engine found in higher specs, ensuring you don't compromise on performance. While it lacks the panoramic sunroof of the Luxury trim, it offers a more focused, durable cabin better suited for high-frequency daily use.

Tiggo 7 Pro Max vs Segment Rivals

The Tiggo 7 Pro Max leads rivals like the Kia Sportage and Hyundai Tucson by offering a more advanced digital cockpit and a 360-degree camera as standard equipment. Its 1.6-litre turbocharged engine provides a punchier 194 hp compared to the base naturally aspirated units found in many entry-level Japanese and Korean competitors. The Chery also offers superior rear legroom for its class, making it a more comfortable choice for growing families.

Running Costs & Resale

Fuel efficiency is a strong suit, with a real-world combined consumption of approximately 7.5 L/100km, which translates to affordable running costs on UAE highways. Chery has expanded its authorized service network significantly across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, ensuring parts availability and professional maintenance are easily accessible. While Chinese brands typically depreciate faster than Japanese equivalents, the Tiggo 7 Pro Max’s high feature density helps it retain value better than other budget-oriented crossovers.

Performance & Capability

The 1.6-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged engine delivers 194 hp and 290 Nm of torque, providing confident overtaking power for fast-moving GCC highways. The 7-speed dual-clutch transmission offers smooth, rapid shifts that handle stop-start city traffic in Dubai or Riyadh with ease. While primarily a road-biased SUV, its 163 mm ground clearance is more than adequate for navigating gravel tracks and sandy weekend parking spots near the beach.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is dominated by a 24.6-inch combined digital display that integrates both the instrument cluster and infotainment, providing a cutting-edge interface. Dual-zone climate control with dedicated rear vents ensures all five passengers stay cool during the peak of the GCC summer. The seats are finished in high-quality synthetic leather, designed to withstand the wear of family life while remaining comfortable for long-distance drives between emirates.

Safety

Safety is a priority with a suite that includes a 360° surround-view monitor for effortless parking in tight urban spaces. This trim comes standard with multiple airbags, electronic stability control, and hill-start assist to handle the varied terrain of the region. The inclusion of a tire pressure monitoring system is particularly valuable in the GCC, providing vital alerts during high-temperature highway runs.

The bottom line

This 1-year-old Tiggo 7 Pro Max is the ideal choice for a tech-savvy buyer who wants maximum features and modern performance for a fraction of the cost of a traditional mid-size SUV.
