Summary

This 2025 Infiniti QX80 represents the bold new generation of Japanese luxury, replacing the aging V8 with a more powerful and efficient twin-turbocharged V6. With just 20,000 km, this vehicle is barely broken in and offers a significant saving over the showroom price of a brand-new 2025 flagship. The Sensory trim bridges the gap between daily family utility and executive refinement, featuring the rare 8-seat bench configuration that is highly sought after by large families in the GCC. Finished in Black, it maintains a commanding presence on the road while ensuring strong resale interest in a market that prizes classic premium tones. For the GCC buyer, this model delivers the modernized tech and massive torque required for effortless long-distance cruising across the Emirates.

This Car vs Other 2025 QX80s

With 20,000 km on the odometer, this QX80 sits exactly at the expected annual average for a high-use GCC luxury SUV, indicating it has been driven as intended without excessive wear. As a Canadian spec import, it offers the same modern twin-turbo powertrain as local models but often arrives with a more competitive price point in the pre-owned market. The Black exterior is a perennially strong resale color in the UAE, ensuring this vehicle remains a liquid asset compared to more niche experimental colors.

SENSORY BENCH CHAIRS vs Lower Trims

The Sensory trim is a major step up from the Luxe, introducing the 24-speaker Klipsch Reference Premiere audio system and massaged front seats for superior long-distance comfort. This specific listing features the 8-seat bench configuration, providing an extra seat compared to the standard captain's chairs found in most high-trim imports. Additionally, you benefit from upgraded semi-aniline quilted leather and a sophisticated ambient lighting system that significantly elevates the cabin atmosphere over the Pure and Luxe models.

QX80 vs Segment Rivals

The QX80 leads rivals like the Lexus LX600 and Cadillac Escalade by offering a more modern, tech-forward interior at a typically lower entry point in the used market. Its 3.5L twin-turbo engine produces 516 lb-ft of torque, providing more immediate low-end power for overtaking on fast-moving highways than the naturally aspirated V8s of the past. The QX80 also maintains a reputation for lower long-term maintenance costs compared to its European counterparts like the BMW X7.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for this new twin-turbo V6 is improved over the previous generation, averaging approximately 13.5 L/100km on long highway stretches between cities like Dubai and Abu Dhabi. While Canadian spec cars may require independent service contracts, the widespread availability of Infiniti and Nissan parts across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman ensures maintenance is straightforward. The QX80 historically retains value well in the GCC, typically depreciating at a slower rate than German rivals due to its shared mechanical DNA with the legendary Nissan Patrol.

Performance & Capability

The standout figure is the massive 700 Nm of torque, which allows this nearly 3-ton SUV to reach 100 km/h in approximately 7 seconds. This power is managed by a new 9-speed automatic transmission, ensuring smooth gear changes during high-speed highway merging. With a towing capacity of 3,855 kg and an advanced All-Wheel Drive system, it is perfectly equipped for hauling trailers or weekend excursions to the desert fringe.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a sanctuary designed for the GCC summer, featuring a high-performance tri-zone climate control system and ventilated seating to combat extreme heat. The 8-seat layout makes it a premier choice for large families, while the acoustic glass ensures the interior remains whisper-quiet even at high cruising speeds. The dual 14.3-inch displays provide a seamless digital cockpit experience, keeping navigation and entertainment easily accessible for both driver and passengers.

Safety

Standard on the Sensory trim is the full ProPILOT Assist 2.1 suite, offering hands-on lane centering and advanced adaptive cruise control that is invaluable for long desert highway drives. The vehicle is equipped with a 360-degree 3D Around View Monitor, which is essential for maneuvering such a large SUV in tight city parking. Additional safety features include predictive forward collision warning and a comprehensive array of airbags protecting all three rows of passengers.

The bottom line

This 2025 QX80 is the ideal opportunity for a family buyer to jump into the latest generation of Infiniti luxury without the new-car depreciation hit. Its rare 8-seat configuration and low mileage make it one of the most practical and high-value flagship SUVs currently available in the region.
