Summary

This 2025 MG GT Comfort is a standout choice for GCC commuters, offering a modern fastback design paired with exceptional fuel efficiency. With just over 27,000 km, this vehicle remains well below the average annual mileage typically seen in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, making it a mechanically fresh option. The White exterior is highly sought after in the regional used market for its superior heat reflection and strong resale demand. Inside, the aircraft-inspired cabin provides a tech-forward environment that punches well above its weight class. For a buyer seeking a balance between sporty aesthetics and low daily running costs, this 2025 model delivers a complete package.

This Car vs Other 2025 MG GTs

With 27,197 km on the odometer, this MG GT has been driven significantly less than the typical 35,000–40,000 km expected for a vehicle of this age in the highway-heavy GCC environment. The White exterior provides a distinct advantage at resale, as it is the most popular color for managing high summer temperatures. Compared to other 2025 models currently on the market, this unit offers a compelling balance of near-new condition and immediate availability.

COMFORT vs Lower Trims

The Comfort trim provides essential upgrades over the base STD model, including a high-definition 10.1-inch touchscreen that supports Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Key features like cruise control, a rear-view camera, and rear parking sensors are standard on this trim, making daily navigation through Dubai and Riyadh traffic much easier. Additionally, this trim adds stylish 17-inch alloy wheels that enhance the fastback silhouette.

GT vs Segment Rivals

The MG GT competes directly with established names like the Toyota Yaris and Hyundai Accent, but leads the segment in visual presence with its 'shark-hunting' front grille and LED racetrack tail lamps. While rivals prioritize traditional sedan styling, the MG GT offers 401 litres of boot space in a more aerodynamic fastback body. Its tech-heavy interior, featuring a digital instrument cluster, offers a more premium feel than many entry-level competitors in the sub-compact class.

Running Costs & Resale

Fuel efficiency is a major strength, with an official combined rating of 5.5 L/100km, providing significant savings for long-distance driving across the Emirates. MG has established a robust authorized service network across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Oman, with standard service intervals every 10,000 km. While Japanese rivals traditionally hold value longer, the MG GT's 2025 model year and GCC-specific cooling systems ensure it remains a liquid asset in the regional used market.

Performance & Capability

Powered by a 1.5L four-cylinder engine, this sedan is optimized for smooth, fuel-efficient delivery in urban environments. It reaches a top speed of 180 km/h and features a CVT transmission tuned for the steady highway speeds common between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The front-wheel-drive layout and electronic power steering make it highly maneuverable, while the dedicated driving modes allow for a balanced response during the daily commute.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin features a fighter-jet-inspired theme with a driver-centric cockpit and turbine-style air vents that provide rapid cooling even in peak GCC summer heat. The 5-seat layout offers ample legroom for a sub-compact sedan, while the air purifying management system is specifically beneficial for filtering regional dust. Soft-touch materials and a multifunction steering wheel ensure long highway drives across borders are handled with ease.

Safety

Safety is managed by a suite of active systems including Electronic Stability Control (ESC), ABS with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution (EBD), and Cornering Brake Control. This trim is equipped with dual front airbags and a tire pressure monitoring system that is vital for long-distance desert highway travel. The inclusion of Hill-start Assist and a rear-view camera ensures confident parking and maneuvering in crowded city centers.

The bottom line

This MG GT is the ideal match for a professional or small family seeking 2025-model technology and a striking design without the high running costs of a larger sedan. Its low mileage and white-on-GCC-spec configuration make it one of the most sensible and stylish value opportunities on the market today.
