Summary

This 2025 Porsche 911 Turbo 50 Years represents a rare opportunity to own a virtually delivery-mileage collector’s piece in the GCC market. As a limited-run celebration of five decades of turbocharging, it offers significant rarity and stronger value retention potential compared to the standard Turbo S on which it is based. The Grey exterior paired with exclusive Turbonite accents provides a sophisticated aesthetic that performs exceptionally well for resale in local markets like Dubai and Riyadh. This model serves as a final, high-output mechanical tribute before the platform moves toward hybrid technology, making it a critical acquisition for serious regional enthusiasts. For a GCC buyer, this is the ultimate everyday supercar that balances track-ready power with the prestige of a numbered production series.

This Car vs Other 2025 911s

With just 50 km on the odometer, this vehicle is in factory-fresh condition, offering a significant advantage over typical GCC annual mileage which often reaches 20,000 km. The grey exterior finish is a high-demand, low-depreciation choice in the UAE and wider region, ensuring it remains highly liquid in the secondary market. While many 2025 models are standard Carreras, this is a numbered anniversary edition, positioning it at the very top of the market's desirability curve.

TURBO 50 YEARS vs Lower Trims

The Turbo 50 Years adds a wealth of exclusive heritage features over the standard Turbo S, including the 'Turbonite' metallic grey accents and Dress Mackenzie tartan interior inserts that recall the original 1974 930 Turbo. It comes standard with the Porsche Ceramic Composite Brake (PCCB) system and a specially calibrated 10mm lower Sport Suspension that are often costly options on lower trims. You also receive a dashboard-mounted Porsche Design sub-second clock and an individually numbered plaque, features highly prized by GCC collectors.

911 vs Segment Rivals

When compared to rivals like the Ferrari F8 or Lamborghini Huracán, the 911 Turbo 50 Years offers a vastly more usable interior and a robust all-wheel-drive system that provides superior stability on high-speed GCC highways. Its cooling system is engineered to withstand extreme desert heat better than many mid-engined competitors, making it a more reliable daily driver in the Middle East. Furthermore, its discreet but exclusive styling commands a unique respect in executive circles where flashier supercars might feel out of place.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for this 3.7L twin-turbo flat-six typically averages around 12.3 L/100km, which is efficient for a 650 hp supercar during long-distance drives between Emirates. Service intervals are generally every 15,000 km or annually, and Porsche maintains an extensive authorized service network across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, ensuring parts are always accessible. As a limited-edition model of only 1,974 units, this trim is expected to depreciate significantly slower than a standard 911, with many low-mileage examples likely to appreciate as the brand transitions to hybrid powertrains.

Performance & Capability

The headline figure is a blistering 0-100 km/h time of 2.7 seconds, achieved through a sophisticated 8-speed PDK transmission and an advanced All-Wheel Drive system. With 650 hp and 800 Nm of torque, it offers effortless overtaking power for the fast-paced lanes of the E11 or Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road. Five distinct driving modes allow you to transform the car from a comfortable cruiser into a precision instrument capable of a 330 km/h top speed, making it perfectly suited for both city traffic and track days at the Dubai Autodrome.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the four-seat cabin is a masterclass in heritage design, featuring ventilated sports seats that are essential for the GCC's summer months. The powerful Porsche climate control system is specifically tuned to maintain cabin temperatures even in 45°C+ heat, while Race-Tex materials on the roof lining provide excellent heat and sound insulation. The Mackenzie tartan seat centers offer a unique tactile experience that sets this interior apart from any standard luxury sedan, ensuring long-distance comfort for cross-border road trips.

Safety

This trim includes Porsche's full suite of safety technology, including Night Vision Assist and Lane Change Assist, which are invaluable for spotting hazards on dark desert roads. The PCCB ceramic brakes provide fade-free stopping power even under extreme thermal loads, while the standard 360-degree camera system makes navigating tight urban parking in major GCC cities stress-free. Multiple airbags and a high-strength steel-aluminum chassis ensure peak passenger protection.

The bottom line

This is a rare opportunity to secure a delivery-mileage, numbered anniversary 911 that perfectly blends 650 hp performance with high collector value in the GCC market.
