Toyota Land Cruiser EXR ORGINAL PAINT

Highlights

• Crawl Control and Multi-Terrain Select standard
• 110-litre fuel tank capacity
• Extensive GCC authorised service network

Summary

This 2025 Land Cruiser EXR offers a perfect entry point into the LC300 generation, combining the ultra-reliable 4.0L V6 with a modern TNGA-F platform. While the white exterior is the strongest resale color in the GCC market, the 45,000 km mileage is average for a year-old workhorse in this region, where long-distance highway commutes are standard. It stands out from rivals by offering genuine mechanical durability and body-on-frame construction that the competition often swaps for softer, road-biased setups. For a GCC buyer, this trim represents the best balance of off-road hardware and essential daily comfort.

This Car vs Other 2025 Land Cruisers

With 45,000 km, this vehicle has been used as a typical GCC daily driver, which usually sees higher annual mileage than global averages due to the region's vast highway networks. Choosing this 2025 model in white ensures maximum resale liquidity, as this remains the most sought-after color for private and fleet buyers across the Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

EXR vs Lower Trims

The EXR trim adds essential off-road hardware over the base GX, most notably the inclusion of Crawl Control and the Multi-Terrain Select system. It also upgrades the interior with a 7-inch multi-information display and a 8-inch touchscreen featuring wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, making it a significantly more connected and capable daily driver than the entry-level variants.

Land Cruiser vs Segment Rivals

When compared to the Nissan Patrol or Ford Expedition, the Land Cruiser leads in raw durability and desert adaptability thanks to its tried-and-tested 1GR-FE naturally aspirated V6. While rivals may offer more screen real estate, the Land Cruiser’s 110-litre tank and legendary cooling system are specifically designed to handle the extreme 50-degree summer heat and long cross-border hauls that define GCC ownership.

Running Costs & Resale

The 4.0L V6 averages roughly 10.6 L/100km, which is efficient for a full-size SUV in stop-start city traffic. Toyota’s authorized service network is the most comprehensive in the region, with service centers available in almost every major city from Abu Dhabi to Riyadh. Historically, this model retains approximately 75% of its value after three years, making it one of the most stable automotive investments in the GCC.

Performance & Capability

Equipped with a 271 hp V6 and a 6-speed automatic, this Land Cruiser is built for endurance rather than sprinting, reaching 0-100 km/h in approximately 10.8 seconds. Its true strength lies in its 4x4 hardware, featuring a low-range transfer case and centre/rear differential locks that allow it to navigate deep sand and rocky terrain with ease. The TNGA-F platform provides a significantly more stable and quiet highway experience than the previous generation.

Comfort & Cabin

The seven-seat layout is configured for family logistics, featuring a tri-zone climate control system with dedicated rear vents that are essential for the GCC summer. The EXR interior uses durable suede-fabric seats that stay cooler in direct sunlight compared to leather, and the cabin includes a cooled center console to keep beverages chilled during long desert drives. Acoustic glass helps minimize wind noise during high-speed highway cruising.

Safety

Safety is prioritized with front and knee airbags, along with Toyota's suite of active assists including Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) and Brake Assist (BA). This trim also features front and rear parking sensors and a rear-view camera to manage its large footprint in tight urban spaces. The body-on-frame structure provides a robust safety cell, while the PKSB (Parking Support Brake) helps prevent low-speed collisions in busy parking areas.

The bottom line

This Land Cruiser EXR is the ideal choice for a buyer who wants the latest LC300 technology paired with the legendary reliability of a naturally aspirated V6. It is a ready-to-go opportunity for someone seeking a dependable family SUV that holds its value better than almost anything else on the road.
