Summary

This 11-year-old 911 Carrera 4 GTS represents the peak of the naturally aspirated era, offering a mechanical purity that has become highly sought after since Porsche moved to turbocharging for its standard range. The white exterior is a prime choice for the GCC market, maximizing heat reflection while ensuring strong resale liquidity in the local used market. With mileage at 77,972 km, this car sits well below the GCC average of 220,000+ km for its age, marking it as a carefully maintained example. The GTS trim brings together the wide-body aesthetic and performance hardware that serious enthusiasts look for, making it a definitive long-term hold for a regional collector. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it provides full peace of mind regarding cooling efficiency and authorized service history at regional centers.

This Car vs Other 2015 911s

At 77,972 km, this 911 has been driven roughly 7,000 km per year, which is significantly lower than the 20,000 km annual average typical for the GCC. The white paint is the most practical and high-demand color for the region, aiding both cabin temperature management and future resale value compared to darker alternatives. While most 2015 models in the market have entered high-mileage brackets, this example remains in a prime ownership window.

CARRERA 4GTS vs Lower Trims

The GTS trim includes the wider rear bodywork usually reserved for all-wheel-drive models, combined here with the Powerkit that bumps output by 30 hp over the Carrera S. It adds the Sport Chrono Package, Sport Exhaust, and 20-inch center-lock wheels as standard—options that GCC buyers frequently pay a premium for on the used market. The interior features a signature mix of leather and Alcantara, giving it a more focused, track-ready feel than the standard Carrera trims.

911 vs Segment Rivals

The 911 Carrera 4 GTS stands apart from the Jaguar F-Type V8 R and the Maserati GranCabrio by offering a unique rear-engine layout that provides unmatched traction coming out of corners. Its all-wheel-drive system is particularly effective on the sand-dusted highways of the UAE, offering more stability at high speeds than its rear-wheel-drive competitors. Porsche's build quality also tends to resist the intense GCC summer heat better than its British and Italian rivals, particularly regarding interior trim longevity.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for this naturally aspirated flat-six typically averages around 12.2 L/100km, which is efficient for a 400+ hp performance car in GCC highway conditions. Porsche 911s hold their value exceptionally well in the region, with the GTS trim specifically benefiting from a 'future classic' status that limits depreciation compared to the standard Carrera S. Authorized service centers are widely available across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, ensuring the specialized tools for the center-lock wheels and PDK transmission are always accessible.

Performance & Capability

With a top speed of 301 km/h and a 0–100 km/h sprint of 4.2 seconds, the Carrera 4 GTS offers elite performance that is easily accessible on the UAE's well-maintained highway network. The naturally aspirated 3.8-liter engine provides a linear power delivery and a distinct metallic symphony that turbocharged modern engines cannot replicate. The all-wheel-drive system ensures the car remains composed during high-speed overtaking and provides confidence during the rare but heavy regional rain showers.

Comfort & Cabin

The 911's cabin is designed for daily usability, featuring dual-zone climate control that is well-regarded for its ability to handle 45°C+ temperatures. The Alcantara-trimmed sport seats provide excellent lateral support while remaining breathable during the hot summer months, a key advantage over full leather in this climate. Although technically a 4-seater, the rear space is best utilized for additional cargo or small children, complementing the front trunk for weekend trips between Emirates.

Safety

This GTS comes standard with Porsche Stability Management (PSM) and the Porsche Dynamic Light System (PDLS), which are essential for navigating poorly lit desert roads at night. The all-wheel-drive system provides a significant safety margin on gravel-strewn surfaces, while multiple airbags and a reinforced convertible frame ensure high-level occupant protection. Blind-spot monitoring and front/rear parking sensors assist in heavy Dubai or Riyadh traffic, making this high-performance machine manageable as a daily driver.

The bottom line

This is a rare opportunity to own a low-mileage, GCC-spec 991.1 GTS in the region's most desirable color—perfect for the enthusiast who values the soul of a naturally aspirated Porsche.
