Summary

This specific example represents a rare opportunity to own a pinnacle of naturally aspirated engineering with exceptionally low mileage that sits well below the GCC average for the year. The exterior shade is a highly desirable choice for the regional market, offering a striking presence that balances exclusivity with strong resale potential. As a limited-run evolution of the standard flagship, this vehicle offers a significantly more focused driving experience that is increasingly sought after by collectors across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. It stands out from rivals by offering an unfiltered mechanical connection and a iconic silhouette that remains a benchmark for the supercar segment. For a GCC buyer, the most important consideration is the pristine condition of this low-distance unit, ensuring it remains a premier investment as the industry transitions toward hybridization. This is a chance to secure a legendary V12 powerhouse that has been preserved in a manner typically reserved for private museum collections.

This Car vs Other 2017 Aventadors

While many vehicles of this age in the GCC typically accumulate between 15,000 and 20,000 kilometers per year on the region's expansive highway networks, this particular unit has covered less than a fraction of that, averaging only about 1,300 kilometers annually. This ultra-low usage profile places it in the top tier of available inventory in the Middle East, making it more comparable to a showroom-fresh vehicle than a typical pre-owned car. The blue exterior is a sophisticated alternative to the more common monochromatic tones found in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, providing a unique identity that remains highly liquid in the secondary market. Buyers will find that the interior and mechanical components show virtually no signs of the typical wear associated with the harsh heat cycles of the region. Choosing a car with such limited exposure to the elements and road use offers a significant advantage in long-term preservation and mechanical reliability.

LP 750 vs Lower Trims

Moving up to this specific performance-focused evolution over the standard LP 700-4 introduces several high-value upgrades that GCC collectors specifically prioritize. It features a significant 50-horsepower increase and a substantial 50kg weight reduction achieved through the extensive use of carbon fiber, which is highly visible in the interior door panels and racing seats. The Magneto-Rheological Suspension and Dynamic Steering systems are calibrated for a much sharper response, providing a level of agility that basic models lack on technical sections of roads like Jebel Hafeet. This trim also standardizes a more aggressive aerodynamic package, including a fixed rear wing that drastically improves high-speed stability. These enhancements are not just performance metrics; they are symbols of exclusivity that maintain a much higher price floor in the GCC used market compared to the base variants.

Aventador vs Segment Rivals

When compared to rivals like the Ferrari F12tdf or the McLaren 675LT, the Lamborghini holds a unique position as the only contender in this trio to offer a naturally aspirated V12 paired with a true All-Wheel Drive system. This drivetrain configuration provides much higher levels of confidence when navigating the sandy shoulder winds often encountered on the E11 or E311 highways. While competitors may offer quicker gear changes, the Aventador leads with its sheer visceral presence and the unmistakable sound of its 6.5-liter power plant, which is a major factor for buyers at the Dubai Autodrome. The cabin cooling capacity is notably robust for a mid-rear engine supercar, designed to cope with the thermal loads of a massive V12 sitting directly behind the cockpit during a midday drive in August. Furthermore, the use of a carbon fiber monocoque provides a level of structural rigidity that outclasses many aluminum-based competitors in the segment.

Running Costs & Resale

Operating a high-displacement V12 in the GCC is supported by the widespread availability of high-octane 98-grade fuel, which is essential for maintaining the performance of this hand-built engine. In stop-start traffic in downtown Riyadh or the Dubai Marina, fuel consumption is high, but the vehicle is optimized for efficient high-speed cruising where it is more manageable. Service intervals are generally every 12,000 kilometers or once a year, and the UAE boasts some of the world's most sophisticated authorized service centers with experienced technicians familiar with these specific powertrains. As a limited-run model, this car experiences much lower depreciation than standard mass-produced luxury cars; in fact, well-maintained examples in the GCC have shown a tendency to appreciate as manufacturers move away from large-capacity naturally aspirated engines. Maintaining a full-service history at an authorized regional dealer is the single best way to protect the value of this asset.

Performance & Capability

The performance of this vehicle is defined by its ability to sprint from 0-100 km/h in a staggering 2.8 seconds, a figure that remains competitive with the newest supercars released today. With a top speed exceeding 350 km/h, it is perfectly suited for the well-maintained, high-speed arterial roads of the UAE where its aerodynamic efficiency can be fully realized. The All-Wheel Drive system ensures that the 750 horsepower is delivered to the tarmac with surgical precision, offering incredible traction even during sudden maneuvers. Drivers can choose between Strada, Sport, and Corsa modes, with the latter transforming the car into a track-ready machine capable of setting blistering lap times at Yas Marina. Despite its track focus, the lifting system remains functional, allowing it to navigate the speed bumps found in residential communities like Emirates Hills without risk to the carbon fiber splitter.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the cabin is a focused cockpit designed for two, featuring an extensive application of Alcantara and carbon fiber that reduces glare under the bright Middle Eastern sun. The air conditioning system is remarkably capable for a car of this performance caliber, quickly cooling the small cabin volume even after the car has been parked outside. The seats are deeply bolstered to keep the driver and passenger secure during high-G cornering, yet they are surprisingly supportive for longer drives between cities like Dubai and Muscat. Insulation from external road noise is impressive for a carbon-tub supercar, allowing for clear enjoyment of the premium audio system when you aren't listening to the engine notes. Every detail, from the fighter-jet inspired starter button to the digital instrument cluster, is designed to make every journey feel like a special event.

Safety

Safety in this flagship supercar is anchored by its incredibly strong carbon fiber reinforced polymer monocoque, which provides a rigid safety cell for both occupants. The All-Wheel Drive system acts as a primary active safety feature, providing superior grip in the rare event of rain or when encountering patches of sand on the fast GCC highways. High-performance carbon-ceramic brakes come standard, offering fade-free stopping power that is essential when decelerating from high speeds. Advanced electronic stability control and traction control systems are specifically tuned to intervene subtly, ensuring the car remains stable without cutting the fun of the drive. Dual-stage airbags and side-impact protection are standard, providing a level of passive safety that meets the highest global standards for its year of production.

The bottom line

This 2017 Aventador LP 750 is a blue-chip investment for a GCC collector who demands the lowest possible mileage and the most iconic V12 powertrain available. In a market that highly values exclusivity and preservation, this sub-10,000km example stands out as a premier acquisition opportunity.
