Summary

This 2018 Porsche 911 GT3 is a collector-grade example of the celebrated 991.2 generation, showing just 5,000 km from new. Finished in timeless White, it features the 500 hp naturally aspirated engine that remains a benchmark for purist performance in the GCC. This Japanese-spec unit offers a rare opportunity to secure a low-mileage 991.2 with the lightning-fast PDK transmission, which is perfectly suited for the UAE's high-speed highway network. As one of the last 911s to feature a high-revving non-turbocharged engine, its value retention in the regional market is exceptionally strong. For the serious enthusiast in the Emirates, this listing represents a near-new driving experience in a generation increasingly sought after by collectors.

This Car vs Other 2018 911s

With only 5,000 km on the odometer, this GT3 has covered significantly less distance than the typical 60,000–75,000 km seen on 2018 models in the GCC. The White exterior is the most preferred resale color in the regional market, offering superior heat reflection and long-term value stability. While Japanese-spec, its ultra-low mileage and pristine condition make it a standout choice for those prioritizing mechanical freshness over local origin.

GT3 vs Lower Trims

The GT3 is a radical departure from the Carrera S, featuring a 4.0L motorsport-derived engine instead of a 3.0L turbocharged unit. It adds a fixed rear wing for high-speed downforce and rear-axle steering as standard, which significantly improves agility on technical roads. Inside, you get a dedicated GT steering wheel and Alcantara finishes that aren't standard on lower trims, emphasizing its track-bred heritage.

911 vs Segment Rivals

Compared to the Mercedes-AMG GT R or Audi R8, the 911 GT3 offers a more focused, mechanical driving experience with its 9,000 rpm redline. Its rear-engine layout provides unique traction advantages for highway sprints and better cooling efficiency for the demanding UAE climate. The Porsche also benefits from a much wider authorized service network across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and the Northern Emirates.

Running Costs & Resale

The 991.2 GT3 is known for exceptional value retention in the GCC, often depreciating at a slower rate than standard luxury sports cars. Maintenance typically follows an annual cycle, with Porsche's extensive UAE service network ensuring parts availability is never an issue for specialized Japanese-spec imports. Fuel consumption is manageable for its performance class, requiring Super 98 grade petrol to maintain the high-compression engine's health in summer heat.

Performance & Capability

The 500 hp flat-six delivers a 0-100 km/h time of just 3.4 seconds, paired with a top speed of 318 km/h that is easily explored on the UAE's world-class motorways. Its PDK transmission provides instant gear changes that make it surprisingly usable in stop-start city traffic in Dubai or Riyadh. The active rear-axle steering and 25mm lower ride height compared to a standard 911 ensure it remains flat and stable through high-speed sweepers.

Comfort & Cabin

The two-seat cockpit is focused on the driver, featuring high-grip Alcantara and a simplified layout to minimize distractions. Powerful dual-zone climate control is standard, ensuring the cabin stays cool even during extreme summer temperatures. While it is a performance-first machine, the inclusion of Porsche Communication Management (PCM) with navigation makes it capable of comfortable cross-country drives between Emirates.

Safety

This GT3 is equipped with Porsche Stability Management (PSM) and high-performance 380mm brakes to provide massive stopping power. Standard safety features include advanced front and side airbags, alongside the Porsche Side Impact Protection System (POSIP). The rear-axle steering also acts as a safety feature, increasing stability during emergency lane changes on fast-moving UAE highways.

The bottom line

This is a rare, low-mileage opportunity for a UAE collector to own a definitive naturally aspirated 911 in a highly liquid resale spec.
