The story of the Pagani Huayra Roadster began in 2010 with a simple idea: transform the Huayra Coupe into a Roadster, much like the earlier Zonda Roadster of 2003. However, in 2013, the project took a bold turn as the design was completely reimagined. For Pagani, each creation embodies a distinct essence, where every detail harmonizes with the machine's spirit and soul.
 
A goal set from the project's outset was to create a Roadster lighter than its Coupe. Drawing on insights from the Zonda R, Huayra Coupe, and Huayra BC, Pagani's engineering team perfected the art of carbo-titanium. This cutting-edge composite material, crafted specifically for the Pagani Huayra Roadster, surpasses even the materials found in Formula 1 cars.
 
Powering the Pagani Huayra Roadster is the Mercedes-AMG M158 engine, a twelve-cylinder masterpiece custom-crafted for Pagani by Mercedes-AMG. Evolving from the Huayra BC's innovations, this engine unleashes a staggering 764 HP at 6200 RPM, with over 1000 NM of torque available from a mere 2400 RPM.
