Summary

This 2023 Audi e-tron GT RS is a standout electric grand tourer, offering nearly new performance with just 9,800 km on the odometer. In the GCC market, its black exterior is a highly sought-after choice that maintains strong resale demand, particularly when paired with the top-tier RS performance package. While rivals focus on raw utility, this Audi leads the segment with its 800-volt architecture, allowing for some of the fastest charging times currently available in the UAE. For the local buyer, the combination of Quattro all-wheel drive and a low-slung, aerodynamic profile makes it exceptionally stable during high-speed highway commutes between emirates.

This Car vs Other 2023 e-tron GTs

With only 9,800 km, this vehicle's mileage is significantly lower than the GCC average for 2023 models, which typically cover 20,000 km annually. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it retains full compatibility with local Audi service centers and holds a higher market value than imported American or European examples. The black-on-black configuration is a premium choice in the UAE, ensuring it remains a liquid asset in the secondary market.

RS vs Lower Trims

The RS trim is a major step up from the standard e-tron GT, increasing output to a massive 646 hp during overboost. Beyond the power, the RS adds essential GCC luxury features as standard, including the e-tron sport sound system, tungsten carbide-coated brakes for improved heat dissipation, and an upgraded Bang & Olufsen 3D premium audio system. You also benefit from the RS-specific carbon fiber roof and 21-inch aero-blade wheels that are not available on the base Quattro trim.

e-tron GT vs Segment Rivals

The e-tron GT RS primarily competes with the Porsche Taycan Turbo and the Tesla Model S Plaid. While the Tesla offers straight-line speed, the Audi leads in cabin build quality and physical control ergonomics, which are vital for comfort in the intense GCC summer. Compared to the Taycan, the Audi offers a slightly more compliant ride quality for daily use on the E11 while utilizing the same high-performance 800V platform.

Running Costs & Resale

Running costs are remarkably low compared to petrol-powered RS models, with no oil changes or complex transmission servicing required. In the UAE, Audi's authorized network through Al Nabooda and Ali & Sons provides excellent coverage for EV-specific maintenance, typically scheduled every 30,000 km. While premium EVs see higher initial depreciation than Japanese SUVs, the RS trim's rarity and GCC-spec status help it retain roughly 65-70% of its value after three years.

Performance & Capability

The RS e-tron GT delivers a blistering 0-100 km/h time of 3.3 seconds, providing effortless overtaking power for fast-moving UAE highway traffic. Its dual-motor Quattro system constantly monitors traction, ensuring the car remains planted even during sudden lane changes or on rain-slicked city roads. The two-speed transmission on the rear axle is a unique feature in this segment, optimizing efficiency at cruising speeds while maintaining explosive acceleration from a standstill.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the cabin is designed for long-distance comfort with 14-way adjustable sport seats and a dedicated heat pump to maximize AC efficiency in temperatures exceeding 45°C. The 350-litre rear boot is supplemented by an 85-litre 'frunk,' providing practical storage for weekend trips to Oman or Ras Al Khaimah. Audi's Virtual Cockpit and the 10.1-inch MMI touch display provide seamless navigation through the UAE's evolving road networks.

Safety

Standard safety equipment includes a comprehensive ADAS suite featuring Audi Pre-Sense, lane departure warnings, and a 360-degree camera system that is essential for maneuvering in tight Dubai mall parking. The 800-volt battery housing is integrated into the car's structure for enhanced side-impact protection, and the standard Matrix LED headlights with laser light technology provide superior visibility for night-time desert highway driving.

The bottom line

This is the ideal opportunity for a buyer seeking supercar-level acceleration in a daily-driveable executive sedan that is still under its prime service window.
