Summary

This three-year-old Lexus RX350 F-SPORT is a standout example of Japan’s most popular luxury crossover, offering the perfect balance of prestige and reliability. With 42,000 km, its mileage is significantly lower than the GCC average for this age, suggesting a well-maintained life on local roads. The F-SPORT trim adds a sharper aesthetic and tighter handling that separates it from standard SUVs in its class, while the Blue exterior remains a highly desirable and stable resale color in the regional market. For a GCC buyer, the primary draw is the blend of the new 2.4L turbocharged powertrain and Lexus's legendary service network, ensuring peace of mind from Dubai to Riyadh. It represents a smart acquisition for those who want modern tech and sports-inspired styling without the steep initial depreciation of a brand-new model.

This Car vs Other 2023 RX350s

At 42,000 km, this vehicle has been driven approximately 14,000 km per year, which is well below the typical GCC average of 20,000–25,000 km. This lower-than-average usage often translates to better mechanical health and less interior wear compared to other 2023 models. The Blue finish is a vibrant alternative to the sea of white and silver, yet it retains excellent resale strength within the Lexus portfolio in the UAE and Saudi markets.

F-SPORT vs Lower Trims

The F-SPORT trim significantly enhances the RX350 experience with a sport-tuned adaptive variable suspension and upgraded braking systems not found on the Base or Premium grades. Inside, it adds bolstered front sport seats and aluminum trim, while standard features include ventilated front seats and a 12-speaker premium audio system that are essential for long summer drives. You also get the unique F-SPORT mesh grille and 21-inch gloss black wheels that provide a far more aggressive road presence.

RX350 vs Segment Rivals

Compared to rivals like the BMW X5 or Mercedes-Benz GLE, the RX350 leads in long-term reliability and has a significantly lower cost of ownership across the GCC. While German competitors focus on raw performance, the Lexus offers a 67.5-liter fuel tank that is perfectly optimized for long-distance highway cruising between Emirates. Its cabin cooling system is specifically engineered to outperform European counterparts in extreme heat, a vital factor for regional drivers.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for this 2.4L turbo engine is approximately 9.9 L/100km combined, offering a balance of punchy torque and reasonable efficiency for a non-hybrid SUV. Lexus holds some of the strongest value retention in the GCC market, typically only losing 8–10% annually, which is far superior to most European luxury brands. Parts are widely available and affordable, with authorized service centers conveniently located in every major city across the UAE and the wider GCC region.

Performance & Capability

With a stout 430 Nm of torque available from low RPM, this RX350 provides effortless highway overtaking and smooth acceleration through its 8-speed automatic transmission. The four-wheel-drive system is tuned for on-road stability, making it ideal for high-speed coastal runs or navigating sudden rain-slicked city streets. While it is road-focused, the 185 mm ground clearance is ample for weekend beach trips or light gravel paths common in the region.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a sanctuary of quiet, featuring acoustic glass to insulate passengers from desert wind and city noise. Front occupants benefit from standard ventilated seats, a critical feature for the GCC’s six-month summer, and a powerful triple-zone climate control system that ensures even cooling for rear passengers. The 9.8-inch touchscreen interface is modern and intuitive, featuring wireless smartphone integration for seamless navigation across the UAE’s evolving road networks.

Safety

Standard on this F-SPORT is the Lexus Safety System+ 3.0, which includes a comprehensive ADAS suite such as pre-collision warning with pedestrian detection and all-speed dynamic radar cruise control. These systems are particularly valuable on fast-moving highways like the E11, providing lane-keep assist and blind-spot monitoring to help manage heavy traffic safely. The vehicle is also equipped with 10 airbags as standard, ensuring maximum protection for all five occupants.

The bottom line

For the GCC professional seeking a reliable, stylish, and high-tech SUV, this low-mileage RX350 F-SPORT offers the best value retention and summer comfort in its segment.
