Summary

This Huracán EVO Spyder offers an exhilarating open-top driving experience, combining extreme performance with the iconic sound of a naturally aspirated V10. In the GCC market, high-impact colors like this purple finish are highly sought after by enthusiasts, providing a distinct edge for future resale compared to more common tones. With low mileage for its model year, this vehicle presents as a nearly-new opportunity for those looking to jump into one of the final iterations of Lamborghini's mid-engine V10 legacy. For the Dubai or Riyadh owner, the advanced cooling systems and sophisticated cabin materials ensure it remains a usable exotic even during the intense summer months. This European-spec model is an ideal choice for buyers who prioritize immediate availability and a high factory specification.

This Car vs Other 2024 Huracans

With just 12,500 km on the odometer, this vehicle sits well below the typical 20,000 km annual average seen in the GCC market for performance cars used as daily drivers. The purple exterior is a high-demand choice among local collectors, often commanding a premium over standard white or silver variants due to its association with Lamborghini’s bespoke palettes. Being a 2024 model, it benefits from the latest software refinements for the LDVI system, ensuring sharper responses than early EVO models.

EVO SPYDER vs Lower Trims

The EVO Spyder significantly upgrades the driving dynamics over the standard RWD versions by utilizing the Performante-derived engine and a sophisticated all-wheel-drive system. This trim includes the Lamborghini Integrated Vehicle Dynamics (LDVI) system as standard, which coordinates the rear-wheel steering and torque vectoring for unparalleled agility on high-speed desert highways. Inside, the EVO adds the 8.4-inch HMI touchscreen, providing a much more modern and connected cabin environment compared to earlier LP-series iterations.

Huracan vs Segment Rivals

The Huracán EVO Spyder stands out against rivals like the Ferrari F8 Spider and McLaren 720S Spider primarily through its use of a naturally aspirated V10, offering a linear power delivery and acoustic signature that turbocharged competitors cannot match. Its all-wheel-drive system provides superior traction on the dusty or sandy road surfaces often encountered in the GCC, offering more confidence than rear-wheel-drive alternatives. Additionally, the Huracán's nose-lift system is widely regarded as one of the fastest and most reliable for navigating the speed bumps common in Dubai’s residential communities.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption typically averages around 15 L/100km, though this can rise significantly in stop-start city traffic in major GCC hubs. Service intervals are recommended every 15,000 km or annually, with a well-established network of authorized centers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait ensuring professional maintenance is always accessible. While European-spec cars may have different warranty terms than local GCC-spec vehicles, they remain highly liquid in the UAE market due to their high specifications and immediate availability. Historically, the Huracán EVO has shown strong value retention, typically depreciating at a slower rate than its McLaren counterparts.

Performance & Capability

At the heart of this machine is a 640 hp V10 that propels the car to a top speed of 325 km/h, making it one of the fastest convertibles currently on the road. The 0–100 km/h sprint is achieved in a blistering 3.1 seconds, assisted by a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission that provides near-instantaneous gear changes. The AWD system and rear-wheel steering work in harmony to make the car feel smaller and more agile, whether carving through mountain passes in Ras Al Khaimah or cruising the boulevards.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a driver-focused cockpit featuring premium leather and Alcantara upholstery that is designed to withstand the heat and humidity of the region. The electro-hydraulic soft top can be operated at speeds up to 50 km/h, allowing for quick transitions when the sun sets over the desert. Dual-zone climate control is powerful enough to maintain a comfortable temperature even with the roof down during late afternoon drives, and the integrated rear glass can be lowered independently to enjoy the engine note without full exposure.

Safety

Safety features include high-performance carbon-ceramic brakes as standard, providing immense stopping power even after repeated high-speed use. The car is equipped with a comprehensive suite of stability and traction controls specifically tuned for different driving modes (Strada, Sport, and Corsa). For city driving, the front and rear parking sensors and high-resolution camera help protect the low-slung bodywork, while the rigid hybrid aluminum and carbon fiber chassis ensures maximum structural integrity.

The bottom line

This 2024 Huracán EVO Spyder is a pristine, low-mileage example of one of the world's most charismatic supercars, perfectly suited for the GCC enthusiast who demands both performance and presence. With its striking color and late-production status, it represents a secure investment in the final era of naturally aspirated V10 excellence.
