Summary

This 2024 Polestar 3 Long Range Dual Motor with the Performance Pack represents a rare opportunity to own the brand's flagship SUV with delivery mileage. Finished in white—the strongest resale color in the GCC—this vehicle offers a significant advantage over typical high-mileage used listings. As a Performance Pack model, it delivers sharper handling and higher power output than the standard dual-motor version, making it ideal for the fast-paced highways of the UAE and Saudi Arabia. For the GCC buyer, the combination of a massive 111 kWh battery and ultra-fast DC charging ensures stress-free travel between cities like Dubai and Abu Dhabi. With only 800 km on the odometer, this is effectively a new car without the showroom wait times.

This Car vs Other 2024 Polestar 3s

With just 800 km, this vehicle sits significantly below the typical 20,000 km annual average for the GCC, offering a 'like-new' mechanical profile. The white exterior is a strategic choice for the region, as it reflects heat more effectively and commands a premium in the secondary market. Buyers will benefit from nearly the full duration of the manufacturer’s battery and vehicle warranties.

LONG RANGE DUAL MOTOR RFORMANCE vs Lower Trims

The Performance Pack adds a verified 28 hp boost and 70 Nm of extra torque over the standard Long Range Dual Motor. It also upgrades the driving experience with 22-inch forged alloy wheels, gold-finished Brembo brakes for superior stopping power, and a specially tuned active air suspension system. These enhancements specifically cater to GCC drivers looking for a more engaging, performance-oriented SUV.

Polestar 3 vs Segment Rivals

The Polestar 3 leads the BMW iX and Audi Q8 e-tron in DC charging speed, reaching 250 kW to minimize downtime at highway charging stations. Its 111 kWh battery is one of the largest in the segment, providing a competitive range buffer for long cross-border drives. While rivals emphasize traditional luxury, the Polestar offers a unique minimalist aesthetic and superior tech integration through its native Google Automotive OS.

Running Costs & Resale

Maintenance is exceptionally low, with major service intervals typically occurring every 2 years or 30,000 km in the GCC. Authorized service is supported by the Al-Futtaim network in the UAE, ensuring professional care and parts availability. While European EVs generally depreciate faster than Japanese petrol SUVs, the Polestar 3’s high demand and limited availability in the region help it maintain stronger value retention than its older electric peers.

Performance & Capability

The dual-motor setup delivers 517 hp and 910 Nm of torque, enabling a 0–100 km/h sprint of 4.7 seconds that rivals many sports cars. A rear-biased torque vectoring system provides exceptional stability on high-speed highway curves and sandy tarmac. The 2,200 kg braked towing capacity and 211 mm ground clearance make it a versatile choice for weekend trips across the Emirates.

Comfort & Cabin

The five-seat cabin is designed for the GCC climate, featuring high-performance air conditioning and a panoramic glass roof with high-level UV and heat protection. This trim includes premium materials and an 11-speaker audio system as standard, with the spacious flat-floor design providing ample legroom for all passengers. The 484-litre boot is supplemented by a front 'frunk' for additional storage.

Safety

This trim features a comprehensive ADAS suite including blind-spot monitoring with steer assist, adaptive cruise control, and a 360° camera, all of which are vital for navigating busy GCC highways. Nine airbags and a high-strength steel cage provide top-tier passive protection. The interior radar system can even detect sub-millimeter movements to prevent children or pets from being left in a hot car.

The bottom line

This is the ideal purchase for a tech-forward buyer who wants the highest performance trim of the Polestar 3 in the region's most popular color, without the depreciation of a higher-mileage example.
