Summary

This 2024 Porsche Macan GTS represents the peak of the model's internal combustion development, offering a visceral driving experience that rivals most dedicated sports cars. With just 24,000 km, the mileage is perfectly in line with typical two-year usage in the UAE, ensuring the vehicle remains in its mechanical prime for the next owner. The Black-on-Black configuration is a perennially strong choice for resale in the GCC, maintaining high demand across the Emirates. As a GTS, this trim provides the most focused chassis and power delivery in the lineup, making it the preferred choice for enthusiasts who need SUV practicality. For a GCC buyer, the combination of a nearly new vehicle and the high-performance GTS spec offers a significant saving over showroom prices while retaining the balance of manufacturer-standard reliability.

This Car vs Other 2024 Macans

With 24,000 km on the odometer, this Macan GTS has been driven approximately 12,000 km per year, which is significantly lower than the GCC annual average of 20,000–25,000 km. This lower-than-average usage translates to less wear on the cooling systems and suspension, which are critical in the regional heat. The Black exterior is one of the top three most desirable colors for resale in the UAE market, ensuring strong liquidity when you decide to upgrade.

GTS vs Lower Trims

The GTS sits as the flagship performance trim, adding 65 hp over the Macan S and featuring the lowered Sport Air Suspension as standard for superior handling. Inside, it replaces standard trim with extended leather and Race-Tex upholstery, alongside the Sport Chrono Package which includes the steering wheel mode switch and Launch Control. You also get the GTS-specific Sport Exhaust System, providing a much more aggressive engine note that lower trims lack.

Macan vs Segment Rivals

Compared to the BMW X3 M or Mercedes-AMG GLC 63, the Macan GTS is widely recognized for its superior steering feel and PDK dual-clutch transmission, which offers the fastest gear changes in the segment. It leads in driver-centric ergonomics and remains more composed during spirited drives on mountain roads like Jebel Hafeet. Additionally, its compact footprint makes it significantly easier to maneuver in dense Dubai or Riyadh traffic than its larger European competitors.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages around 11.5 L/100km on a combined cycle, though city driving in stop-start traffic will see this rise. Porsche maintains an extensive authorized service network across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, with recommended service intervals every 15,000 km or 12 months. The Macan GTS historically retains over 60% of its value after three years in the GCC, outperforming many luxury rivals due to Porsche's brand strength and controlled production volumes.

Performance & Capability

The 440 hp twin-turbo V6 enables a top speed of 272 km/h, making it one of the fastest compact SUVs available for long-distance highway cruising between emirates. The standard All-Wheel Drive system and Porsche Traction Management (PTM) ensure absolute stability during high-speed overtaking and on rain-slicked city roads. With selectable drive modes, the car can transform from a comfortable daily commuter into a sharp, track-ready performer at the turn of a dial.

Comfort & Cabin

The five-seat cabin is optimized for the GCC climate with a powerful three-zone climate control system and deep-bolstered GTS sport seats that offer excellent support during long drives. Sound insulation is top-tier, shielding passengers from road noise and external heat, while the 10.9-inch touchscreen provides seamless wireless Apple CarPlay integration. The 488-litre boot provides ample space for family road trips or golf gear, retaining the utility expected of a luxury crossover.

Safety

Standard safety tech includes Adaptive Cruise Control for effortless highway journeys and Lane Departure Warning to keep you centered during long desert drives. The GTS also features front and rear parking sensors with a high-resolution camera system to assist in tight urban parking scenarios. Advanced stability management systems are specifically tuned to handle varied surfaces, from smooth tarmac to sand-blown highway shoulders, ensuring maximum grip at all times.

The bottom line

This is a rare opportunity to own the ultimate performance trim of the Macan in a high-demand color way, with mileage that sits well below the regional average for a two-year-old vehicle.
