Summary

This 2025 SUV offers a rare combination of modern luxury and hybrid efficiency that is increasingly sought after in the GCC market. Being the top-tier trim, it features a 6-seat configuration with second-row captain chairs, providing a premium travel experience for families and executives alike. The white exterior is the highest-demand color in the region, ensuring maximum sunlight reflection and excellent resale stability at local trade-in points. With its powerful 254 horsepower output and efficient hybrid powertrain, it bridges the gap between a fuel-hungry traditional SUV and a range-limited electric vehicle. This specific listing is a standout because it represents a nearly new, current-year model that circumvents the long waitlists often found at regional dealerships. For a buyer in the UAE or Saudi Arabia, the combination of a high-tech cabin and four-wheel-drive capability ensures this vehicle is equally at home on the multi-lane highways of Dubai as it is on a weekend trip to the mountains. The most important ownership consideration is the Chinese regional spec, which offers a higher level of standard technology than many European rivals at a much more competitive entry point.

This Car vs Other 2025 900s

As a 2025 model year production, this vehicle sits at the very beginning of its lifecycle, meaning its mileage is significantly lower than the GCC annual average of 25,000 kilometers. In the local used market, finding a current-year SUV in the flagship configuration is rare, as most owners tend to hold these vehicles for at least three seasons. The white exterior is a strategic choice for the Gulf climate, as it maintains a cooler cabin temperature during extreme summer peaks and is easier to maintain against the fine desert dust than darker shades. Because it is practically new, the mechanical components haven't yet been subjected to the long-term stress of high-speed commuting between emirates. This makes it an ideal choice for a buyer who wants a showroom-quality vehicle without the initial first-owner depreciation hit. Choosing this specific unit allows you to leapfrog the typical depreciation curve found in the first six months of a new car's life while still enjoying the latest 2025 software and hardware updates.

FLAGSHIP vs Lower Trims

The Flagship trim is defined by its 2-2-2 seating arrangement, replacing a standard rear bench with two individual captain chairs that offer a level of comfort usually reserved for luxury grand tourers. Unlike lower tiers that may use synthetic materials, this trim features premium upholstery and an upgraded climate control system with dedicated ventilation for all three rows—a critical feature for GCC summers. You also receive a more comprehensive 360-degree camera system with transparent chassis views, which makes navigating tight parking spots in Riyadh or Dubai much safer. The audio experience is also significantly enhanced, moving from a standard setup to a high-fidelity system designed to isolate cabin noise even at highway speeds. Furthermore, the Flagship level includes the full suite of autonomous driving aids and more sophisticated interior lighting, creating a lounge-like atmosphere that lower trims lack. For the discerning buyer, these additions represent the specific features that hold their value most effectively when it comes time to resell the vehicle later.

900 vs Segment Rivals

When compared to rivals like the Toyota Highlander Hybrid or the Kia Sorento, this model distinguishes itself through its more powerful 254-horsepower output and a more sophisticated all-wheel-drive system. While Japanese and Korean competitors often focus on utility, this SUV offers a tech-forward interior that feels a generation ahead, featuring larger screens and more intuitive voice controls. The 6-seat layout provides more shoulder room for second-row passengers than the 7-seat configurations found in the Honda Pilot, making it better suited for carrying teenagers or adult colleagues. Its hybrid system is tuned for the sustained high speeds of GCC highways, providing better overtaking power than many naturally aspirated competitors in the same price bracket. Additionally, the cabin insulation is measurably superior to many entry-level luxury SUVs, providing a quieter environment during long cross-border drives. Buyers will find that the mixture of Volvo-derived engineering and modern Chinese tech provides a more premium feel than mainstream rivals can offer.

Running Costs & Resale

Fuel efficiency is where this hybrid excels, delivering significant savings during the stop-start traffic typical of peak hours in major GCC cities. On the highway, the 2.0-liter turbocharged engine works in harmony with the electric motor to maintain a steady cruising speed with minimal fuel consumption. While this is a Chinese-spec vehicle, parts availability is rapidly expanding across the UAE and Saudi Arabia due to the brand's aggressive regional growth strategy. Standard service intervals follow an annual or 10,000-kilometer schedule, involving routine checks of the hybrid battery and thermal management systems to ensure they handle the 45-degree heat of the Gulf. Depreciation for this brand in the GCC has shown to be steadier than many other new entrants because it shares significant mechanical DNA with global luxury manufacturers. After three years, values are expected to remain competitive, particularly for top-tier white models which are always in high demand. Buyers should note that while the Chinese spec offers more features, they should verify service compatibility with local authorized providers to ensure seamless long-term maintenance.

Performance & Capability

The 254-horsepower hybrid powertrain provides an immediate surge of torque that is particularly useful for merging onto fast-moving highways like the E11. With its four-wheel-drive system, the vehicle offers exceptional stability on rain-slicked tarmac or gravel service roads leading to desert camps. The 0-100 km/h performance is brisk for a vehicle of this size, ensuring you are never underpowered when the car is fully loaded with six passengers and luggage. Multiple drive modes allow the driver to prioritize electric-only movement for quiet city commutes or full power for highway overtaking. Despite its focus on luxury, the ground clearance is sufficient for light off-road excursions and navigating the high speed bumps common in regional residential communities. The transmission is tuned for smoothness, avoiding the jerky shifts sometimes found in pure-petrol SUVs, which enhances the overall sense of refinement. This is a car built for the long-distance reality of the GCC, offering a relaxed and capable ride over hundreds of kilometers.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, the focus is entirely on the six-seat experience, with the middle row offering adjustable seating that rivaling executive sedans for legroom. The air conditioning system is specifically engineered to handle high-ambient temperatures, with powerful blowers that can cool the large cabin volume in just a few minutes after being parked in the sun. Materials throughout the cabin are soft-touch and high-grade, with excellent noise, vibration, and harshness (NVH) levels that keep the desert wind noise out. Technology is integrated seamlessly, featuring a large central touchscreen that controls everything from the ventilated seats to the ambient lighting. For family use, the walk-through area between the captain chairs allows for easy access to the third row without struggling with folding mechanisms. The panoramic sunroof is treated with high-quality UV protection, allowing light into the cabin without the heat transfer that can be problematic during a Middle Eastern summer. This cabin is a genuine sanctuary from the elements, designed for maximum comfort on the Abu Dhabi to Dubai commute.

Safety

Safety is a hallmark of this model, which comes standard with a comprehensive suite of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) that many competitors hide behind expensive option packages. The adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assist are perfect for reducing driver fatigue on the long, straight highways connecting the emirates. Blind-spot monitoring is particularly active, providing vital alerts on multi-lane roads where fast-moving traffic is the norm. The vehicle is constructed using a high-strength steel cage designed to meet the most stringent global crash standards, offering peace of mind for family transport. It also features automatic emergency braking that can detect pedestrians and cyclists, as well as a rear cross-traffic alert which is invaluable when reversing out of tight spots in busy shopping malls. All six occupants are protected by a full curtain airbag system, ensuring that safety is not compromised regardless of which row you are sitting in.

The bottom line

This 2025 Flagship SUV is the perfect opportunity for a tech-savvy family or professional looking for a luxury 6-seater that minimizes fuel costs without sacrificing performance. It represents an incredible value proposition in the current GCC market, offering more features and a fresher design than almost any other vehicle in its price bracket.
