Summary

This 2025 Mercedes-Benz V300 AVANTGARDE is a premier choice for GCC buyers seeking an executive transporter with virtually zero wear, showing just 47 km on the odometer. The combination of a black exterior and a high-spec interior ensures strong resale demand, particularly in the UAE and Saudi markets where it serves as the benchmark for luxury VIP logistics. As a new 2025 model, it benefits from the latest MBUX interface and refined driver assistance systems that outclass traditional vans. For the GCC owner, the V300 provides the perfect balance of a powerful 236 hp engine and the prestige of the three-pointed star, making it as suitable for high-end airport transfers as it is for large family road trips between emirates.

This Car vs Other 2025 V300s

With only 47 km, this V300 is effectively a new vehicle, offering a significant advantage over other 2025 models that have already entered active service. In the GCC, where annual mileage often exceeds 20,000 km, finding a delivery-mileage example ensures the full longevity of the mechanical components. The black-on-black configuration is the highest-demand color combination for luxury MPVs in the region, providing the most predictable path to strong value retention.

AVANTGARDE vs Lower Trims

The AVANTGARDE trim elevates the V-Class from a functional van to a luxury lounge, adding essential GCC features like the 360° camera and leather upholstery. Unlike base models, this trim includes the Agility Control suspension for a more car-like ride and the premium MBUX widescreen cockpit with twin 12.3-inch displays. The inclusion of power-sliding doors on both sides and ambient lighting makes it a much more suitable vehicle for VIP or hospitality use than the entry-level variants.

V300 vs Segment Rivals

The V300 leads the luxury MPV segment by offering a more prestigious European brand image compared to the Toyota Vellfire, which is its primary rival in the GCC. While the Vellfire focuses on hybrid efficiency, the V-Class provides a more robust rear-wheel-drive platform and a significantly higher-quality cabin finish that mirrors the Mercedes-Benz S-Class. The V300 also offers a more flexible 1,030-litre boot space with all seats in place, outperforming the Lexus LM in sheer cargo practicality for long-distance desert trips.

Running Costs & Resale

Running costs for the V300 are manageable thanks to the efficient 2.0L turbocharged engine, which avoids the high fuel consumption typical of older V6 vans in GCC stop-start traffic. Mercedes-Benz maintains a massive authorized service network across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, ensuring parts are always available. The V-Class historically retains its value well in the local market, typically seeing only 12-15% annual depreciation, which is superior to many other European luxury vehicles due to its dual-purpose role as a commercial and private asset.

Performance & Capability

The V300 produces a robust 236 hp and 500 Nm of torque, ensuring it never feels sluggish even when carrying a full load of seven passengers and luggage. The 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission provides seamless shifts, making long highway drives from Dubai to Muscat remarkably relaxed. While not an off-roader, its rear-wheel-drive layout provides excellent stability and a surprisingly tight turning circle for navigating tight urban environments in Riyadh or Downtown Dubai.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is configured with seven seats, featuring executive second-row captain chairs that offer superior comfort for long journeys. The Thermotronic automatic climate control system is specifically designed to handle extreme GCC heat, with dedicated rear vents ensuring all three rows remain cool during the summer. Standard nappa leather and the 64-color ambient lighting system create a sophisticated atmosphere that is highly insulated from outside road and wind noise.

Safety

Safety is comprehensive on this AVANTGARDE trim, featuring the full Mercedes-Benz ADAS suite including Active Brake Assist and Attention Assist. The 360° camera system is particularly useful in the GCC for maneuvering such a large vehicle in crowded parking areas, while blind-spot monitoring provides essential protection on fast-moving multi-lane highways. The vehicle is also equipped with a full array of airbags protecting all three rows of passengers.

The bottom line

This delivery-mileage V300 AVANTGARDE is the definitive choice for a buyer who requires the prestige of a new Mercedes-Benz with the immediate availability of a local GCC-spec listing.
