Summary

This 2025 Porsche 911 GT3 Touring is a rare opportunity to own the latest 992.2 generation with delivery mileage in the preferred manual configuration. Finished in Grey, a color that consistently commands high resale interest in the UAE, this unit sidesteps the usual waiting lists for Porsche’s most coveted naturally aspirated engine. The Touring package offers a more discreet aesthetic for the sophisticated GCC driver, replacing the large fixed wing with an adaptive spoiler while retaining the visceral track-ready performance Porsche is known for. With only 100 km on the odometer, this is effectively a new car ready for immediate delivery across the region.

This Car vs Other 2025 911s

With just 100 km, this GT3 Touring is in pristine delivery condition, far below the typical 15,000 km annual usage seen on pre-owned Porsches in the UAE. The Grey exterior is a high-demand, low-friction resale choice for the local market, offering a timeless look that holds value significantly better than louder, non-traditional launch colors. For a driver seeking the ultimate mechanical connection, the 6-speed manual gearbox makes this a far more exclusive find than the common PDK versions.

GT3 TOURING vs Lower Trims

The GT3 Touring adds a motorsport-derived 4.0-litre naturally aspirated engine that revs to 9,000 rpm, a feature completely absent from the turbocharged Carrera and Targa lines. Beyond the engine, it introduces an integrated active rear wing and specialized chassis tuning designed for a balance of road compliance and track precision. Unlike the standard GT3, the Touring allows for an optional rear seat configuration, making it a more versatile performance car for GCC owners who need occasional cabin flexibility.

911 vs Segment Rivals

The 911 GT3 Touring stands alone against rivals like the BMW M4 Competition and Mercedes-AMG GT by offering one of the last naturally aspirated engines in the segment. While competitors rely on turbocharging, the Porsche provides instant throttle response and an organic sound profile that is increasingly rare. Its rear-engine layout also offers superior traction and a unique driving dynamic that front-engine grand tourers cannot replicate on twisty roads like Jebel Jais or the Jebel Hafeet pass.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the GT3 Touring is approximately 13.7 L/100 km on a combined cycle, though city driving in heavy Dubai traffic will see these numbers rise. Service intervals are typically scheduled every 20,000 km or annually, with major maintenance including spark plug changes required every 40,000 km at authorized Porsche Centers. As a limited-production GT model, this car enjoys some of the lowest depreciation rates in the UAE market, often trading above its original retail price due to high demand and limited allocations.

Performance & Capability

The 510 hp flat-six delivers a top speed of 313 km/h, ensuring effortless performance on long highway stretches between emirates. The 6-speed manual transmission features shorter gear ratios for the 2025 model year, providing even sharper acceleration and driver engagement during spirited drives. Its specialized double-wishbone front suspension—a technology once reserved for racing—delivers surgical steering precision that feels stable and composed even in high-temperature GCC summer conditions.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin features a driver-focused digital cockpit that allows for customizable displays, including a dedicated track screen for vital engine data. Despite its performance focus, the Touring package ensures a refined interior with high-quality leather and optional rear seating that adds daily usability. The air conditioning is engineered to handle extreme GCC heat, maintaining cabin comfort even when the high-revving engine is pushed to its limits.

Safety

Standard safety features include a comprehensive airbag system and advanced Porsche Stability Management (PSM) specifically tuned for the GT3’s high-performance limits. LED Matrix headlights provide exceptional visibility for night drives on unlit desert highways, while high-performance braking systems ensure consistent stopping power. The car also features parking assistance and a rearview camera to aid in navigating tight urban parking environments in Riyadh or Dubai.

The bottom line

This manual 992.2 GT3 Touring is the perfect acquisition for a purist collector or driving enthusiast who wants the best of Zuffenhausen without the track-day aesthetics. It represents a secure investment in one of the world's most resilient automotive assets, available now for immediate GCC registration.
