Summary

This one-year-old 911 GT3 RS offers a rare chance to own the definitive track-focused 992.2 without the long allocation wait typically found at GCC dealers. With 14,200 km, the mileage is slightly higher than average for a local collector car but represents a significant saving for a driver who intends to use the car as Porsche intended. The Grey exterior is a highly resilient and popular resale choice in the Middle East, balancing stealth with the aggressive aero profile. As a European spec, it benefits from the highest global emission and safety standards, though buyers should note the specific cooling and warranty differences compared to local GCC-spec models. For the serious enthusiast, this is the most capable street-legal machine available in the UAE today.

This Car vs Other 2025 911s

At 14,200 km, this GT3 RS has been driven more than the typical 'garage queen' found in Dubai, making it a mechanically broken-in example ready for immediate high-performance use. Most 2025 models in the market are held by speculators with delivery mileage; this car offers a more accessible entry point into the RS hierarchy for an active driver. The Grey finish is a strong performer in the GCC used market, often preferred over louder launch colors for its long-term value retention.

GT3RS vs Lower Trims

The GT3 RS moves beyond the standard GT3 by adding active aerodynamics, including a DRS-equipped rear wing and an active front diffuser that generates double the downforce. While the GT3 offers a manual option, the RS is PDK-only to handle the increased 518 hp and ensure the fastest possible gear changes on track. It also features extensive CFRP construction for the doors and roof, plus advanced steering-wheel-mounted dials to adjust compression and rebound on the fly.

911 vs Segment Rivals

The 911 GT3 RS competes with the Lamborghini Huracán STO and McLaren 765LT, standing out for its pure naturally aspirated engine response that remains unmatched by turbocharged rivals. Its 9,000 rpm redline and motorsport-derived cooling system make it more resilient during sustained high-temperature track sessions at Yas Marina. While rivals focus on straight-line speed, the Porsche leads in mechanical grip and cornering stability through its sophisticated active aero package.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages around 13.2 L/100km, though this will increase significantly during spirited driving or GCC stop-start traffic. As a European spec car, it is vital to ensure it has been adapted for local fuel grades and that the cooling system is maintained for the UAE summer. While European imports can face a 15-20% steeper depreciation curve than GCC-spec cars, the GT3 RS trim acts as a 'residual floor,' historically holding its value exceptionally well due to limited global production.

Performance & Capability

The naturally aspirated 4.0L engine produces a blistering 518 hp, propelling the car to 100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds. It is engineered for downforce rather than just top speed, producing 409 kg of downforce at 200 km/h to keep the car pinned through high-speed corners. The seven-speed PDK transmission and rear-axle steering provide surgical precision, making it one of the most capable vehicles for the Dubai Autodrome or high-speed highway overtaking.

Comfort & Cabin

The interior is a focused two-seat cockpit featuring lightweight CFRP bucket seats designed to hold the driver securely during high-G maneuvers. Despite its track focus, it includes the high-resolution Porsche Communication Management system and essential climate controls to manage the UAE heat. The cabin is stripped of excess insulation to save weight, meaning the iconic flat-six engine note is the primary soundtrack for every journey.

Safety

Standard safety features include Porsche Stability Management (PSM) with sport tuning, reinforced carbon fiber side-impact protection, and high-performance ceramic composite brakes for fade-free stopping power. The European spec includes advanced AI-integrated warning software and a full airbag suite that meets stringent EU safety regulations. For fast-moving UAE highways, the rear-axle steering and massive aero-stability provide an extra layer of active safety at high speeds.

The bottom line

This 2025 GT3 RS is the perfect choice for a UAE-based driver who wants the ultimate track weapon today without the markup of a zero-km collector car. It offers peak 992.2 performance in a resilient color spec that will remain highly desirable in the regional market.
