Summary

This 2025 Porsche Macan S offers a rare combination of near-new mileage and a high-performance V6 powertrain that perfectly suits the UAE's fast-moving highways. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it provides full peace of mind regarding regional warranty coverage and air conditioning performance optimized for extreme summer heat. The S trim is widely considered the sweet spot of the lineup, providing a significant power jump over the base model without the harsher ride of the GTS. With its striking green finish, this listing stands out in a market dominated by silver and white, offering potentially stronger resale appeal to enthusiasts. It remains the segment benchmark for drivers who need an SUV but refuse to sacrifice the handling and prestige of a true Porsche sports car.

This Car vs Other 2025 Macans

With just 6,958 km, this Macan S is in exceptional condition compared to the 20,000–25,000 km annual average typical for the GCC market. The unique green exterior is a standout choice that differentiates it from common fleet colors, often attracting a premium from selective buyers in the UAE and Qatar. As a GCC-spec unit, it avoids the service and cooling compatibility risks associated with American or European imports.

S vs Lower Trims

The Macan S represents a major mechanical upgrade over the base and T trims, replacing the 2.0-liter four-cylinder with a 380 hp twin-turbo V6. Beyond the engine, the S trim adds essential performance hardware as standard, including Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) and larger 20-inch wheels. GCC buyers will also appreciate the enhanced braking system with its signature red calipers, providing better heat dissipation during high-speed highway commutes.

Macan vs Segment Rivals

While rivals like the BMW X3 and Mercedes-Benz GLC offer slightly more cargo volume, the Macan leads the segment in pure driving dynamics and brand prestige. Its 7-speed PDK dual-clutch transmission delivers faster, more intuitive shifts than the torque-converter automatics found in most competitors. For GCC owners, the Porsche's build quality and cabin insulation provide a more refined environment against the region's high ambient road noise and wind.

Running Costs & Resale

The 2.9L V6 typically returns a combined fuel consumption of 10.2 to 11.5 L/100km, performing efficiently on long Abu Dhabi to Dubai highway runs while remaining manageable in city traffic. Service intervals are generally set at 15,000 km or 12 months, with a robust authorized service network across the UAE, KSA, and Kuwait ensuring high parts availability. Porsche models in the GCC historically retain value better than their European peers, with the S trim showing particularly strong demand in the secondary market.

Performance & Capability

Equipped with All-Wheel Drive and 520 Nm of torque, the Macan S reaches a top speed of 259 km/h, making it one of the most capable daily-driver SUVs for the region's infrastructure. The PASM system allows the driver to stiffen the chassis for winding mountain roads in Ras Al Khaimah or soften it for cruising through urban centers. While road-focused, the AWD system provides excellent stability on gravel tracks and during infrequent but intense rain events common in the Emirates.

Comfort & Cabin

The five-seat cabin features a three-zone automatic climate control system designed specifically to combat 45°C+ summer temperatures. The 10.9-inch Porsche Communication Management (PCM) screen includes wireless Apple CarPlay and navigation as standard, essential for navigating growing GCC cities. High-quality materials and acoustic glass ensure that the interior remains a quiet sanctuary, even at sustained highway speeds.

Safety

Standard safety equipment includes Porsche’s advanced All-Wheel Drive system for maximum traction and an extensive airbag suite for all occupants. The trim features Front and Rear ParkAssist with a reversing camera, alongside Lane Departure Warning and Adaptive Cruise Control, which are highly effective for managing long-distance desert highway travel. Stability and traction management systems are calibrated to provide a safety net without intruding on the vehicle's legendary steering feedback.

The bottom line

For the GCC buyer who wants the performance of a V6 Porsche without the waitlist of a brand-new factory order, this low-mileage Macan S is an ideal, high-resale opportunity.
