Summary

This 2025 Toyota Land Cruiser VXR offers an exceptional opportunity to own the region's most iconic SUV with just 6,012 km on the odometer, effectively presenting as a new vehicle. Finished in Grey—a practical and highly sought-after shade for maintaining strong resale value in the GCC—this VXR trim represents the flagship luxury experience within the 300-series lineup. Under the hood, the 409 hp twin-turbo V6 delivers effortless highway overtaking and refined power that exceeds the character of the old V8 while offering better efficiency. As a GCC-spec model, it is fully optimized for the extreme local climate, featuring the heavy-duty cooling systems and parts availability that make it the ultimate ownership choice for residents across the Emirates and Saudi Arabia.

This Car vs Other 2025 Land Cruisers

With just over 6,000 km, this vehicle is well below the typical GCC annual average of 25,000 km, offering a clear advantage for long-term value retention. The Grey exterior is a strategic choice for the local market, as it masks desert dust effectively while consistently ranking as a top-tier resale color alongside white and silver.

VXR vs Lower Trims

The VXR flagship adds significant luxury and technology over the GXR and EXR trims, including the expansive 12.3-inch high-resolution touchscreen and a premium audio system. Inside, you benefit from four-zone automatic climate control and ventilated front and rear seats, features that are essential for maintaining comfort during the peak GCC summer months.

Land Cruiser vs Segment Rivals

Compared to the Nissan Patrol, the Land Cruiser leads with its sophisticated 10-speed automatic transmission and the high-torque delivery of its twin-turbo powertrain. While rivals offer large engines, the 300-series TNGA-F platform provides a more composed highway ride and superior body control, making it a more versatile choice for both school runs in Dubai and weekend expeditions in Liwa.

Running Costs & Resale

The 3.5L twin-turbo engine returns approximately 10.1 km/L combined, a noticeable improvement for long-distance cruising across the UAE. Toyota's unmatched service network ensures authorized centers are available in every major city from Riyadh to Muscat, contributing to the Land Cruiser's legendary status for holding its value better than any other vehicle in the GCC used market.

Performance & Capability

With 409 hp and 650 Nm of torque, this VXR reaches 100 km/h in just 6.7 seconds, providing plenty of muscle for fast-moving highway traffic. Its off-road hardware is equally impressive, featuring a 700 mm wading depth and a low-range transfer case that works with Multi-Terrain Select to conquer soft sand and rocky wadis with absolute confidence.

Comfort & Cabin

The seven-seat cabin is designed for family logistics in total comfort, featuring premium leather upholstery and a cooled center console for keeping beverages chilled on long drives. Acoustic glass and enhanced insulation ensure the interior remains a quiet sanctuary, effectively blocking out heat and road noise even at highway speeds.

Safety

This VXR comes standard with the full Toyota Safety Sense suite, including Adaptive Cruise Control for effortless desert highway drives and a 360-degree camera system for navigating tight urban parking. Active safety features like Lane Tracing Assist and Pre-Collision systems provide peace of mind in fast-moving multi-lane traffic common across the GCC.

The bottom line

For the buyer who wants a showroom-quality flagship without the wait time, this low-mileage 2025 VXR is the most sensible and prestigious way to navigate the GCC.
