Summary

This 2027 ROX Adamas VIP represents the cutting edge of the extended-range luxury SUV market, arriving with delivery mileage that makes it a prime alternative to a showroom-new order. Finished in white—the strongest resale color in the GCC market—this 6-seater combines the silent efficiency of an electric vehicle with a 1.5L range extender that eliminates any range anxiety for long cross-border drives. As a VIP trim, it offers a distinct advantage over standard models with its focused luxury interior, specifically designed to rival established European marques. For the UAE buyer, it offers the perfect balance of a high-tech daily commuter and a rugged weekend explorer capable of tackling regional heat and distance with ease.

This Car vs Other 2027 ROX Adamases

With just 16 km on the odometer, this vehicle is essentially in factory-fresh condition, offering a significant advantage over the average 20,000 km annual usage typically seen in the GCC. The white exterior is the most sought-after choice for local resale, ensuring better value retention and superior heat reflection during the peak summer months. It presents a rare opportunity to acquire a next-generation SUV without the typical lead times of a new factory order.

VIP vs Lower Trims

The VIP trim upgrades the cabin to a first-class 6-seat configuration featuring two dedicated zero-gravity aircraft seats in the second row with 8-point massage functions. Unlike the standard 7-seat family versions, the VIP adds ventilated second-row seating and an upgraded 14-speaker premium audio system, features that are essential for long-distance comfort in the GCC. It also includes the full ADAS suite and the high-resolution rear entertainment screen as standard equipment.

Adamas vs Segment Rivals

The Adamas competes directly with the Li Auto L8 and the Land Rover Defender 130, offering a superior 235 km pure electric range compared to many PHEV rivals. Its 70-litre fuel tank ensures a total range exceeding 1,100 km, making it better suited for Riyadh-to-Dubai highway runs than smaller-tank competitors. Furthermore, its unique tailgate kitchen option and higher standard ground clearance of 205 mm give it a more versatile outdoor edge for desert camping.

Running Costs & Resale

As a range-extended vehicle, it offers exceptionally low running costs for city commutes where the 56 kWh battery handles the bulk of daily driving. The 1.5L turbocharged engine acts solely as a generator, leading to reduced mechanical wear compared to traditional hybrids. While ROX is a newer entrant to the GCC, authorized service centers are expanding in the UAE and KSA to support the growing fleet. Resale value for this specific VIP trim is bolstered by its high technology score and the regional preference for low-mileage, white luxury SUVs.

Performance & Capability

Despite its large footprint, the Adamas delivers a rapid 0-100 km/h time of 5.5 seconds thanks to its 476 hp dual-motor AWD system. It features five dedicated terrain modes, including specialized Sand and Wade settings designed for off-road environments. With a 700 mm wading depth and a 205 mm ground clearance, it is well-equipped for both the occasional desert excursion and navigating the seasonal heavy rains occasionally seen in the Emirates.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a tech-focused sanctuary featuring a 15.7-inch 3K central touchscreen and a secondary 15.6-inch HD screen for rear passengers. Climate comfort is managed by a powerful three-zone system with dedicated vents for all three rows, complemented by ventilated and heated leather seats that are critical for the GCC climate. The 6-seat layout ensures all passengers enjoy captain-chair levels of comfort with ample legroom even in the final row.

Safety

Safety is managed by an L2 advanced driver assistance suite, featuring adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, and a 360-degree high-definition panoramic camera system. The vehicle is built with over 87% high-strength steel and includes specialized blind-spot monitoring and rear collision warnings, providing peace of mind during fast-paced highway traffic. These intelligent systems work alongside the 4WD hardware to maintain stability on both asphalt and loose gravel surfaces.

The bottom line

This ROX Adamas VIP is the ideal choice for a tech-forward family looking for a zero-compromise luxury SUV that bridges the gap between EV efficiency and long-distance desert capability.
