• Naturally aspirated 5.2-litre V10
• 324 km/h top speed

Summary

This 2017 Lamborghini Huracan LP610-4 Spyder is a standout opportunity in the GCC market, combining ultra-low mileage with the high-demand convertible body style. With only 8,000 km on the odometer, this vehicle has covered significantly less distance than the 180,000–225,000 km typical for a car of this age in the region. The Blue exterior is a striking alternative to the common grayscale palette, maintaining strong secondary market appeal for enthusiasts seeking a unique specification. As a naturally aspirated V10 powerhouse, this model offers a visceral auditory experience that its hybrid successors cannot replicate. For a GCC buyer, the combination of all-wheel-drive stability and open-top luxury makes it the perfect weekend companion for the UAE's coastal roads and mountain passes.

This Car vs Other 2017 Huracans

At just 8,000 km, this Huracan sits in the top tier of available inventory, as most 9-year-old examples in the GCC have accumulated far higher mileage through regular highway use. The Blue paintwork offers a distinctive aesthetic that remains highly liquid in the regional exotic market, where vibrant colors often command a premium over standard silver or white. This ultra-low mileage specimen represents a collector-grade opportunity rarely seen for this model year.

LP610-4 vs Lower Trims

The LP610-4 is the definitive Huracan experience, offering a significant power advantage and superior traction over the entry-level LP580-2. While the lower trim is rear-wheel drive only, the LP610-4 utilizes an advanced all-wheel-drive system that is essential for putting its 610 metric horsepower (579 hp) safely to the tarmac. Additionally, this trim includes carbon-ceramic brakes as standard, providing the fade-free stopping power required for high-speed desert driving.

Huracan vs Segment Rivals

The Huracan leads segment rivals like the Ferrari 488 Spider and McLaren 720S through its use of a naturally aspirated V10, providing a more immediate throttle response and a more evocative exhaust note than turbocharged competitors. Its mechanical kinship with the Audi R8 ensures a level of daily-driver ergonomics and air-conditioning reliability that is often superior to more temperamental Italian rivals. The Huracan's compact dimensions also make it significantly easier to navigate through congested city traffic in Dubai or Riyadh.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages roughly 14.7 L/100km, though stop-start traffic in GCC cities will see this rise toward 18 L/100km. Service intervals are typically every 15,000 km or annually, with an extensive network of authorized centers across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait ensuring specialized care is always accessible. As production of the naturally aspirated V10 has ended, this specific model year is showing excellent value retention, with well-maintained, low-mileage Spyders currently outperforming the standard depreciation curve for European exotics.

Performance & Capability

The 0–100 km/h sprint is achieved in just 3.4 seconds, delivered with the relentless grip of an electronically controlled all-wheel-drive system. The 7-speed dual-clutch transmission (LDF) provides lightning-fast shifts that are perfectly suited for high-speed overtaking on the E11 or E311 highways. With three distinct driving modes—Strada, Sport, and Corsa—the car can transform from a refined cruiser to a track-ready monster at the flick of a switch.

Comfort & Cabin

The Spyder features a lightweight electrohydraulic soft top that can be lowered in 17 seconds at speeds up to 50 km/h, allowing for seamless transitions during the cooler winter months. The cabin is centered around a 12.3-inch TFT digital cockpit that provides all critical telemetry in high resolution. Despite its supercar performance, the air conditioning system is engineered to withstand extreme GCC summer heat, maintaining a pressurized, cool environment even with the mid-mounted engine directly behind the seats.

Safety

Safety is managed by a high-strength aluminum and carbon fiber chassis providing exceptional torsional stiffness. Standard equipment includes massive 380mm carbon-ceramic brakes for immense stopping power, alongside electronic stability control tuned for various surface grips. The all-wheel-drive system acts as a primary safety feature, constantly redistributing torque to prevent loss of traction during sudden maneuvers on sandy or dusty road surfaces.

The bottom line

This is a rare opportunity for a GCC collector to acquire a nearly-new, naturally aspirated V10 icon with mileage far below the market average. It is the ideal choice for the buyer who demands the raw emotion of a Lamborghini Spyder without the wear and tear of a typical decade-old exotic.
