Summary

This 2019 Lamborghini Urus represents the pioneering year of the world’s first Super SUV, offering a blend of supercar performance and daily practicality that few rivals can match. Finished in white—a high-demand color for the GCC market that maximizes resale liquidity—it stands out as a versatile choice for the region's diverse driving landscape. With a powerful V8 heart and the prestige of the Raging Bull, it bridges the gap between a track-ready athlete and a long-distance family cruiser. Given the GCC’s high standards for vehicle maintenance, a regional spec example like this ensures cooling systems and air conditioning are optimized for extreme summer heat.

This Car vs Other 2019 Uruss

With 115,000 km, this vehicle has been driven approximately 19,000 km annually, which is slightly below the GCC average of 20,000–25,000 km for premium SUVs. The white exterior is the strongest resale color in the UAE and wider GCC, offering better thermal rejection in the summer and higher desirability on the used market. This mileage suggests a car that has been regularly utilized for highway commutes, typical for high-end vehicles moving between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

STANDARD vs Lower Trims

As the foundational Super SUV, the Urus came standard with high-specification features that are often optional on other luxury brands, including carbon-ceramic brakes and adaptive air suspension. This trim includes the essential Tamburo driving mode selector with Strada, Sport, and Corsa modes, alongside the GCC-critical four-zone climate control. Buyers also benefit from the standard 360-degree camera system and head-up display, which are vital for navigating tight urban environments in Dubai and Riyadh.

Urus vs Segment Rivals

The Urus leads the Bentley Bentayga and Aston Martin DBX in raw acceleration and aggressive styling, appealing to those who prioritize a supercar feel in an SUV body. While the Bentayga focuses on ultimate cabin silence, the Urus offers superior chassis dynamics and rear-wheel steering for sharper handling on winding mountain roads like Jebel Jais. Its 850 Nm of torque ensures effortless overtaking on high-speed desert highways compared to smaller-displacement luxury crossovers.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption typically averages around 12.7 L/100km on a combined cycle, though GCC city traffic can see this rise significantly. Service intervals are required every 15,000 km or annually, with an extensive authorized service network across the UAE and Saudi Arabia ensuring parts and expert technicians are always accessible. The Urus demonstrates strong value retention for a luxury European SUV, typically depreciating slower than its Bentley or Aston Martin counterparts in the local market.

Performance & Capability

A top speed of 305 km/h makes this one of the fastest SUVs ever produced, providing immense confidence during high-speed cruising. The 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 is tuned for immediate response, paired with an 8-speed automatic that handles both stop-start traffic and aggressive track shifts with ease. Standard permanent all-wheel drive and active torque vectoring provide exceptional grip, making it surprisingly capable for weekend excursions across sandy or gravel terrain.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin features a driver-centric 'pilot' cockpit with a dual-screen infotainment system that manages everything from navigation to specialized climate settings. Large rear cooling vents and powerful A/C ensure the 5-seat interior remains comfortable even when temperatures exceed 45°C. High-quality leather and aluminum accents provide a luxury experience that doesn't sacrifice the brand's sporting DNA, making long-distance family trips between emirates a refined experience.

Safety

Standard safety equipment includes a comprehensive ADAS suite featuring blind-spot monitoring and rear cross-traffic alert, which are essential for multi-lane GCC highways. The massive carbon-ceramic brakes provide world-class stopping power, bringing the vehicle from 100 to 0 km/h in just 33.7 meters. Adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assist further reduce driver fatigue during long desert drives between major cities.

The bottom line

This GCC-spec Urus is the perfect opportunity for a buyer looking to enter the Super SUV segment with a well-maintained, high-visibility color combination that holds its value better than almost any rival.
