Summary

This 2019 Mercedes-Benz C300 AMG Coupe offers a refined balance of performance and style, perfect for the UAE's urban lifestyle. With mileage that aligns with typical GCC highway use for a seven-year-old vehicle, it represents a well-maintained entry into the premium coupe segment. The AMG trim adds a sharper aesthetic that highly appeals to the local market, ensuring it stands out from the standard models. Its black exterior is a perennial favorite in the region, offering the best possible resale support for a luxury European vehicle. For a GCC buyer, this represents an opportunity to own a prestige two-door that handles long commutes between emirates with absolute composure.

This Car vs Other 2019 C300s

With 93,000 km over seven years, this C300 averages approximately 13,000 km per year, which is significantly lower than the GCC average of 20,000 km. This makes it a high-value prospect in the used market, where lower-mileage European coupes are prized. The black exterior is the most sought-after color for resale in Dubai and Abu Dhabi, ensuring better value retention compared to brighter or niche shades.

AMG vs Lower Trims

The AMG trim elevates the C300 with an aggressive body kit, sport-tuned suspension, and larger alloy wheels that drastically improve road presence. Inside, you benefit from a sportier steering wheel and upgraded interior materials that provide a more premium feel than the base Avantgarde trim. Most importantly for our climate, the AMG Line often includes high-performance LED headlamps and enhanced braking systems as standard.

C300 vs Segment Rivals

The C300 Coupe competes directly with the BMW 4 Series and Audi A5, leading the group in terms of interior material quality and cabin refinement. Its 9G-TRONIC automatic transmission offers smoother shifts and better fuel efficiency during long-distance highway drives across the Emirates compared to many rivals. The Mercedes MRA architecture also provides a slightly more comfortable ride on UAE highways, filtering out road noise more effectively than its sportier competitors.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for this 2.0L turbo averages around 7.2 L/100km on the highway, though expect 11.0 L/100km in heavy stop-start Dubai traffic. As a Canadian spec vehicle, it provides excellent value upfront, though buyers should note that resale is typically 15-20% lower than GCC spec equivalents. Mercedes-Benz has a massive authorized service network across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, ensuring parts are readily available even for North American imports.

Performance & Capability

The 245 hp turbocharged engine delivers a brisk 0–100 km/h time of 6.0 seconds, making highway merging and overtaking effortless. The rear-wheel-drive setup paired with DYNAMIC SELECT drive modes allows you to sharpen the throttle response for a more engaging drive through the Hajar Mountains or soften it for a relaxed cruise. While not a track car, its agility and precise steering make it one of the most rewarding daily drivers in the sub-compact luxury class.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a strict four-seater featuring high-quality MB-Tex upholstery and the updated 10.25-inch infotainment display standard for 2019. The dual-zone climate control is highly effective at managing 45°C+ summer peaks, while the coupe body remains remarkably quiet at highway speeds due to acoustic glass insulation. Despite the sleek profile, the 400-litre boot easily accommodates two full-sized suitcases, making it practical for weekend trips to Ras Al Khaimah.

Safety

Safety is a hallmark of this trim, featuring Mercedes-Benz PRE-SAFE as standard, which prepares the cabin for an imminent collision. In fast-moving UAE highway traffic, the Active Brake Assist and Attention Assist systems provide vital layers of protection. This Canadian spec model also includes advanced airbag coverage and electronic stability programs specifically tuned for high-speed stability.

The bottom line

For the buyer who wants the prestige of a Mercedes-Benz Coupe with the aggressive AMG look at a more accessible price point than a GCC spec, this listing is a standout choice. It is the ideal vehicle for a young professional or a couple looking for a stylish, lower-than-average mileage daily driver.
