Summary

This 2020 C63 AMG S represents the final era of the pure V8 rear-wheel-drive performance sedan, making it a highly sought-after model for enthusiasts. With only 64,500 km, this example has been driven significantly less than the typical 20,000–25,000 km annual average for the UAE, preserving its mechanical integrity. The white exterior is a prime choice for the GCC, offering the best heat reflection and the highest resale liquidity in the local market. As an American spec car, it delivers the full 510 hp output but requires a pre-purchase inspection to ensure all regional navigation and radio frequencies are updated for local use. This is a rare chance to own a modern classic that balances daily executive comfort with track-ready performance.

This Car vs Other 2020 C63 AMGs

With just 64,500 km on the odometer, this vehicle sits well below the average mileage for its age in the UAE market, where long commutes often push 2020 models past the 100,000 km mark. The white exterior is a major advantage for local ownership, helping the cabin stay cooler during summer months and ensuring faster resale compared to darker tones. Being the 'S' variant, it carries a performance premium that holds its value better than the standard base models among GCC enthusiasts.

S vs Lower Trims

The 'S' trim is a significant step up, increasing output to 510 hp and adding 700 Nm of torque compared to the standard model's 469 hp. It exclusively features dynamic engine mounts that stiffen during aggressive cornering and the advanced 9-stage AMG traction control system derived from the AMG GT R. You also get larger 390mm composite front brakes and the AMG steering wheel buttons as standard, which are highly valued for quick drive-mode adjustments in Dubai traffic.

C63 AMG vs Segment Rivals

While rivals like the BMW M3 and Audi RS4 have shifted toward all-wheel-drive or smaller engines, the C63 AMG S remains the character leader with its handcrafted biturbo V8. It offers a more emotional exhaust note and a more luxurious cabin finish than the M3, making it better suited for the high-speed highway cruises common between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Its rear-wheel-drive setup offers a purer sports car experience that the RS4's Quattro system cannot replicate.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages around 10.5L/100km combined, though GCC city traffic will see this rise toward 14L/100km. Service intervals are every 15,000 km or once a year, with a strong network of specialized independent garages and authorized centers available across the UAE. As a late-model V8, depreciation has stabilized compared to newer hybrid versions, and white AMG sedans remain one of the most liquid assets in the regional pre-owned market.

Performance & Capability

The 510 hp V8 propels this sedan to 100 km/h in a verified 4.0 seconds, offering effortless overtaking power on 140 km/h motorways. The 9-speed MCT transmission is tuned for lightning-fast shifts, while the electronically limited top speed is raised to 290 km/h specifically for this 'S' model. Multiple drive modes, including 'Race,' allow you to transform the car from a quiet executive cruiser to a focused track tool at the press of a button.

Comfort & Cabin

Inside, you are met with Nappa leather performance seats and the updated 10.25-inch infotainment system featuring standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. The dual-zone climate control is engineered to handle extreme temperatures, ensuring the cabin stays chilled even during a July afternoon in Riyadh. The Burmester surround sound system provides acoustic clarity that remains undisturbed thanks to the car's excellent high-speed noise insulation.

Safety

Standard safety tech includes Active Brake Assist, Blind Spot Monitoring, and Attention Assist, which are crucial for the fast-paced multi-lane highway environment of the GCC. The 9-stage traction control allows drivers to precisely dial in the level of electronic intervention based on road conditions. It also features a comprehensive 8-airbag system and a high-strength steel safety cell for maximum occupant protection.

The bottom line

This is a low-mileage, high-spec V8 powerhouse that perfectly suits a buyer looking for the peak of AMG’s internal combustion heritage before the era of electrification.
