Summary

This GCC-spec 2021 model offers a balanced combination of a high-demand white exterior and the aggressive M Sport aesthetic that remains a favorite for UAE buyers. While the input data notes a 2.5L engine, the global xDrive40i standard for this generation is the 3.0L B58 engine, delivering reliable performance across major GCC highways. With 115,000 km, this vehicle has been driven typical annual distances for a premium SUV in the region, ensuring the mechanical systems are well-exercised for the local climate. The M Sport trim ensures strong resale liquidity, particularly in the UAE market where white is the most practical choice for heat reflection. For a buyer seeking the coupe-SUV silhouette with verified GCC specifications, this listing represents a well-maintained opportunity to enter the luxury segment.

This Car vs Other 2021 X6s

At 115,000 km, this X6 reflects an average annual usage of roughly 28,000 km, which is standard for high-end commuters traveling between Emirates. The white exterior is the most liquid and heat-efficient color in the GCC, providing a distinct resale advantage over darker alternatives. This GCC-spec model ensures the cooling system and air conditioning are factory-built to handle extreme summer temperatures.

xDrive40i M Sport vs Lower Trims

The M Sport trim upgrades the X6 with a more aggressive aerodynamic kit, larger alloy wheels, and an M steering wheel that GCC buyers prioritize for resale. Beyond the visuals, this trim standardizes the Head-up Display and high-grade leather interior that is often optional on base sDrive units. It also includes the sport-tuned suspension, providing sharper handling for long highway drives.

X6 vs Segment Rivals

The X6 leads rivals like the Mercedes-Benz GLE Coupe and Audi Q8 by offering a more driver-centric chassis and the highly praised B58 inline-six engine. Its generous 83-litre fuel tank provides superior range for long-distance cross-border trips compared to smaller-capacity competitors. The cabin insulation is specifically noted for being quieter during high-speed highway cruising common in the region.

Running Costs & Resale

Expect combined fuel consumption to hover around 10.4 L/100km, though stop-start city traffic in Dubai or Riyadh will see this rise. BMW has an extensive authorized service network across the UAE (AGMC/Ali & Sons) and Saudi Arabia (Naghi Motors), ensuring parts availability is never an issue. The X6 typically sees a depreciation of approximately 15% annually in the GCC, with the M Sport package in white holding value significantly better than base models.

Performance & Capability

The xDrive40i delivers 335 hp, enabling a 0–100 km/h sprint in just 5.5 seconds, which is impressive for an SUV of this stature. The xDrive all-wheel-drive system provides excellent stability on sand-dusted highways and during seasonal rains. While built for the road, the selectable drive modes allow for a comfortable cruise or a sharpened response for active driving.

Comfort & Cabin

The five-seat cabin features multi-zone climate control with dedicated rear vents, essential for maintaining passenger comfort during GCC summers. The M Sport interior includes bolstered seats and premium materials that resist wear from high-frequency use. Ambient lighting and a large panoramic sunroof enhance the executive feel, while the digital cockpit provides seamless navigation across the UAE.

Safety

This trim is equipped with BMW’s Active Driving Assistant, which includes blind-spot monitoring and lane departure warning to assist in fast-moving multi-lane highway traffic. Frontal collision warning and automatic emergency braking are standard, providing peace of mind in dense city environments. The 360-degree camera system makes maneuvering this large coupe-SUV into tight parking spaces effortless.

The bottom line

This is a prime opportunity for a UAE-based professional looking for a GCC-spec X6 in the market's most popular color and trim combination. It offers the perfect balance of prestige and performance with the peace of mind that comes from a regional specification.
