Summary

This 2022 Lamborghini Urus represents a balanced entry point into Super SUV ownership, featuring a black exterior that remains a highly liquid resale choice in the GCC. With under 19,000 km, the mileage is significantly lower than the typical 45,000–50,000 km expected for a two-year-old vehicle in the UAE. The Urus stands out by offering genuine supercar acceleration alongside the practical ground clearance needed for weekend trips to luxury desert resorts. As a European-spec model, it is essential for a GCC buyer to verify its cooling system history for local summer compatibility. This listing is a prime opportunity for a buyer seeking the ultimate status symbol that doubles as a capable, all-season daily driver.

This Car vs Other 2022 Uruss

With just 18,700 km on the odometer, this Urus has been driven roughly 9,000 km per year, which is less than half the average annual use for luxury SUVs in the UAE. The black exterior is one of the top three resale colors in the region, ensuring better value retention compared to louder, niche colors. While many 2022 models now approach their first major service milestone, this low-mileage example offers a fresher mechanical baseline for its next owner.

STANDARD vs Lower Trims

As the foundational trim of the Urus lineup, the 'Standard' model already includes the full 650 hp output and high-demand features like a 360-degree camera and adaptive air suspension. Buyers in the GCC specifically value the standard ventilated front seats and multi-zone climate control, which are essential for maintaining cabin comfort during extreme summer temperatures. This trim provides the core Lamborghini performance experience without the extreme price premium of the carbon-heavy Performante variants.

Urus vs Segment Rivals

The Urus leads the Aston Martin DBX and Bentley Bentayga in pure driving aggression, offering sharper handling and a more theatrical engine note. For long highway drives between emirates, its 85-litre fuel tank provides a greater range than several more specialized rivals. While the Bentayga focuses on isolation, the Urus is preferred by GCC owners who want their SUV to feel like a sports car from behind the wheel.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption typically averages 12.7 L/100km on open highways like the E11, though this can rise significantly in stop-start traffic in Dubai or Riyadh. Service intervals are generally set at 15,000 km or 12 months, with authorized service centers readily available across major GCC cities including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Riyadh. In the local market, the Urus retains approximately 85% of its value after three years, outperforming the depreciation rates of many German and British luxury rivals.

Performance & Capability

With a verified top speed of 305 km/h, the Urus remains one of the fastest production SUVs on the planet, making highway overtaking effortless. The 650 hp twin-turbo V8 is paired with an all-wheel-drive system that features selectable drive modes, including 'Sabbia' (Sand) for weekend excursions to the dunes. The standard carbon-ceramic brakes are among the largest in the world, providing fade-free stopping power even in high-temperature driving conditions.

Comfort & Cabin

The five-seat cabin is designed with a 'pilot' orientation, featuring a dual-touchscreen interface that manages everything from the high-end audio to the essential seat ventilation. Rear passengers benefit from dedicated climate zones and ample legroom, making it a viable family vehicle for cross-border road trips. Cabin insulation is specifically tuned to filter out exterior heat and road noise, maintaining a serene environment during long desert drives.

Safety

Standard safety features include a comprehensive ADAS suite with adaptive cruise control and blind-spot monitoring, which are vital for navigating fast-moving multi-lane highways. The vehicle is also equipped with a 360-degree camera system and front/rear parking sensors to assist in tight urban environments. Stability and traction control systems are specifically calibrated to manage the high torque output on varying surfaces, from tarmac to gravel.

The bottom line

This low-mileage 2022 Urus is the ideal choice for a GCC buyer who wants supercar prestige and 305 km/h performance in a practical, high-resale black SUV.
