Summary

This 4-year-old Lamborghini Urus offers a rare balance of supercar-level performance and genuine family utility for the GCC driver. Finished in Grey, a versatile shade with consistently strong resale demand in the UAE market, it presents a respectable mileage profile for its age. As the model that defined the 'Super SUV' category, it remains the benchmark for buyers who need the practicality of an all-wheel-drive crossover without sacrificing the visceral engagement of a Sant'Agata bull. For a regional owner, the robust cooling systems and high-speed stability make this an ideal choice for the long, hot highway stretches between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. This listing represents a mature opportunity to enter Urus ownership with a proven GCC-spec example.

This Car vs Other 2022 Uruses

With 57,000 km on the odometer, this example has been driven roughly 14,250 km per year, which is significantly below the GCC annual average of 20,000–25,000 km. In a market where high-performance SUVs are often used as daily commuters across emirates, this lower-than-average usage makes it a mechanically attractive choice. The Grey exterior is a highly liquid asset in the secondary market, avoiding the specialized niche of brighter colors while maintaining the model's aggressive presence.

STANDARD vs Lower Trims

The Urus is essentially the flagship of its class, meaning even the Standard trim is exceptionally well-equipped for the GCC climate. It comes factory-fitted with carbon-ceramic brakes and adaptive air suspension, features that are often optional on rivals but essential for managing the heat and varied terrain of the region. This trim also includes the full ANIMA drive selector system, allowing you to optimize the chassis for sandy weekend tracks or smooth highway cruising at the touch of a toggle.

Urus vs Segment Rivals

The Urus is frequently cross-shoppped with the Aston Martin DBX and the Bentley Bentayga. While the Bentley leads in sheer cabin plushness, the Urus offers a significantly more aggressive 0-100 km/h sprint and a sharper, track-oriented steering feel that closer resembles a mid-engine supercar. Its cooling architecture is specifically designed for high-load performance, giving it a durability edge during the peak of the GCC summer compared to more luxury-focused rivals.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption for the twin-turbo V8 typically averages around 12.7 L/100km, though this will increase in stop-start traffic in Dubai or Riyadh. Service intervals are recommended every 10,000 km or annually, and with the most extensive exotic car service network in the UAE and Saudi Arabia, maintenance is straightforward. The Urus enjoys some of the highest value retention in the luxury SUV segment, typically depreciating far slower than its British or German competitors due to sustained local demand.

Performance & Capability

The headline figure is the 3.6-second sprint to 100 km/h, a number that allows this five-seater to outpace dedicated sports cars on the Yas Marina or Autodrome straightaways. With 850 Nm of torque available from just 2,250 rpm, highway overtaking is effortless even with a full cabin. The sophisticated all-wheel-drive system features active torque vectoring, providing immense confidence on the fast, sweeping curves of regional motorways and light sand trails alike.

Comfort & Cabin

The interior is a high-tech cockpit featuring three TFT screens and the Lamborghini Infotainment System III, designed for intuitive use even in bright desert sunlight. Standard leather upholstery and tri-zone climate control ensure all five passengers remain cool during the hottest months. The 616-litre boot provides the kind of practicality rarely found in the Lamborghini stable, making it a viable choice for family road trips across GCC borders.

Safety

This trim is equipped with a comprehensive safety suite including Adaptive Cruise Control, which is indispensable for long desert highway drives. It also features Blind-Spot Monitoring and Lane-Departure Warning, critical for navigating the multi-lane, fast-moving traffic typical of the UAE’s main arteries. Carbon-ceramic brakes come standard, providing fade-free stopping power that is essential for a vehicle of this weight and performance capability.

The bottom line

For the GCC buyer seeking the ultimate status symbol that can still drop the kids at school and handle a high-speed commute, this low-usage, GCC-spec Urus is the definitive choice.
