Summary

This 2022 Lexus IS350 F Sport Platinum is a standout opportunity, offering exceptionally low mileage of just 17,000 km compared to the typical 40,000–50,000 km expected for its age in the UAE. As a GCC-spec model finished in Grey—a high-demand, high-resale color in the region—it represents a safer investment than import alternatives. The Platinum trim ensures you get the full suite of luxury tech, including the superior Mark Levinson sound system and ventilated seats essential for local summers. Lexus continues to lead the segment in reliability, making this an ideal daily driver that handles high-speed highway commutes with refined ease. For a buyer seeking the perfect balance of sporty aesthetics and long-term peace of mind, this listing is hard to beat.

This Car vs Other 2022 IS350s

With only 17,000 km on the odometer, this vehicle has been driven significantly less than the average GCC car of the same year, which typically sees 20,000 km of highway use annually. The Grey exterior is one of the most resilient colors for the local climate, masking desert dust well and maintaining a strong resale profile in the UAE used market. Being a GCC-spec vehicle, it retains the full factory cooling capacity and local warranty eligibility that international imports lack.

F SPORT PLATINUM vs Lower Trims

The Platinum trim elevates the F Sport experience by adding critical luxury features like the 17-speaker Mark Levinson surround sound system and a 360-degree panoramic view monitor. Unlike the standard F Sport, the Platinum includes ventilated front seats and a power rear sunshade, which are indispensable for maintaining cabin comfort during the GCC summer. You also benefit from the larger 10.3-inch touchscreen with integrated navigation and a more comprehensive ADAS safety suite.

IS350 vs Segment Rivals

While rivals like the BMW 330i and Mercedes-Benz C300 rely on turbocharged four-cylinder engines, the Lexus IS350 stands apart with its naturally aspirated 3.5L V6, providing smoother power delivery and legendary long-term durability. It leads the segment in climate control reliability, with an AC system specifically engineered to withstand 50°C temperatures without strain. Furthermore, the IS350 traditionally enjoys lower annual depreciation rates in the Middle East compared to its European counterparts.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption averages around 10.8 L/100km, performing efficiently on long Abu Dhabi to Dubai highway runs while remaining manageable in stop-start Riyadh traffic. Service intervals are standard for the region at 10,000 km, supported by the most extensive authorized service network in the GCC, ensuring parts are always readily available. Lexus maintains one of the highest 3-year value retention percentages in the UAE sedan market, often depreciating at only 8–10% annually.

Performance & Capability

The 3.5L V6 produces a robust 311 hp, enabling a 0–100 km/h sprint in just 6.0 seconds, which provides confident overtaking power on fast-moving UAE highways. The F Sport tuned suspension offers a planted feel at high speeds while absorbing the road imperfections common on inner-city routes. Multiple drive modes, including Sport and Sport+, allow you to sharpen the throttle response and steering weight for a more engaging weekend drive to Jebel Jais.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a sanctuary from the heat, featuring F Sport bolstered seats that are both heated and ventilated to ensure comfort year-round. The 17-speaker Mark Levinson audio system provides studio-quality sound, while acoustic glass helps isolate passengers from wind and road noise during long-distance cruising. Rear passengers benefit from dedicated cooling vents and a power sunshade to block the intense afternoon sun.

Safety

This Platinum trim comes standard with Lexus Safety System+ 2.5, featuring Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection and Dynamic Radar Cruise Control for effortless highway driving. Blind Spot Monitor and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert are essential for navigating multi-lane traffic, while the 360-degree camera makes parking in tight urban spaces simple. Ten airbags and a 5-star safety rating ensure maximum protection for all five occupants.

The bottom line

This is the ideal choice for a professional seeking a low-mileage, GCC-spec executive sedan that offers the highest trim level and the best resale security in the region.
