Summary

This Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG stands out as a premier choice in the GCC market, featuring the highly coveted Manufaktur Exclusive Plus trim. With 44,000 km, its mileage is perfectly average for a 2022 model in the region, indicating it has been enjoyed primarily for city commutes and weekend highway drives rather than high-stress off-roading. The grey exterior is a strong resale choice in the UAE, offering a sophisticated alternative to white while maintaining excellent value retention. As a GCC-spec vehicle, it comes fully optimized for the extreme local climate, ensuring the air conditioning and cooling systems perform reliably through the peak of summer. This listing represents a turn-key opportunity to own a hand-built performance icon that remains the definitive status symbol on GCC roads.

This Car vs Other 2022 G63 AMGs

With 44,000 km on the odometer, this G63 sits right at the sweet spot of typical GCC annual usage, which often averages 20,000 km per year. The grey exterior is a strategic advantage for local resale, as it is one of the most sought-after shades in the UAE and Saudi markets. Unlike American or European imports, this GCC-spec example ensures full compatibility with local authorized service centers and regional fuel grades.

MANUFAKTUR EXCLUSIVE PLUS vs Lower Trims

The Manufaktur Exclusive Plus trim is a significant step up, adding high-end Nappa leather with diamond stitching and a leather-wrapped dashboard that elevates the cabin's luxury. It includes the active multicontour seat package with massage, ventilation, and rapid heating—essential for comfort during long GCC highway stints. You also get the premium Burmester surround sound system and the exclusive interior lighting package as standard.

G63 AMG vs Segment Rivals

While rivals like the Range Rover SVR or Lamborghini Urus offer high speed, the G63 leads with its legendary triple-locking differential system and body-on-frame durability, making it far better suited for occasional desert excursions. Its 100-litre fuel tank provides a superior cruising range for cross-emirate drives compared to the smaller tanks found in many sport-biased SUVs. The upright driving position offers the most commanding view of the road in its class.

Running Costs & Resale

Real-world fuel consumption typically averages around 14–16 L/100km, which is manageable given the large fuel capacity for long-distance cruising. The G63 AMG historically commands the highest value retention in the luxury SUV segment in the GCC, often retaining over 70% of its value after three years. Authorized service centers are widely available across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Kuwait, with routine maintenance recommended every 10,000 km to maintain the hand-built engine's integrity.

Performance & Capability

The 4.0-litre Biturbo V8 delivers an impressive 585 hp and 850 Nm of torque, allowing this massive SUV to reach 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds. The 9-speed automatic transmission is tuned for rapid highway overtaking and smooth city crawling alike. With its three independent locking differentials and selectable low-range gearing, it possesses genuine off-road capability that most luxury crossovers cannot match.

Comfort & Cabin

The cabin is a sanctuary from the GCC heat, featuring a high-performance climate control system and ventilated front seats that are a must-have for the local summer. The Manufaktur interior package adds exquisite diamond-quilted leather and carbon fiber accents throughout the 5-seat cabin. Passengers benefit from acoustic glass that significantly reduces road and wind noise during high-speed highway travel.

Safety

This G63 comes equipped with a comprehensive suite of safety tech including a 360° camera system for easier parking and blind-spot monitoring for fast-moving highway traffic. Standard features include Active Lane Keeping Assist, Distronic adaptive cruise control, and Pre-Safe systems that provide peace of mind during long desert drives. Multiple airbags and a robust high-strength steel frame provide exceptional occupant protection.

The bottom line

This GCC-spec G63 AMG is the ideal choice for a buyer seeking the ultimate blend of Manufaktur luxury and proven regional reliability in a well-maintained, average-mileage package.
